"Everything was clean, comfortable, and quieter than many other motel locations in Cranbrook (there was a bit of noise from traffic noise alongside the air conditioner, but that last one can be turned off). Staff were respectful and friendly and the room was surprisingly spacious! I didn't have any issues with unwelcome scents or cleaning products as some reviews mention, though I did bring my own hand soap and didn't have the room cleaned during my stay.
The drawbacks to some might be that there is only a Keurig coffee machine, there's no microwave, and that the upper rooms can only be accessed by a staircase. You will need a car to access most of the city, as well.
Overall a comfy and easy stay. This is a motel I would stay in again!"
