Our comments
Adequate for short stay. Property was clean neat and well presented, despite exterior giving impression of tired and run down. Location central to everything only trouble on main route of large semi’s most of the time. That said we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable during our visit.

Great location and space for a stay in Cowra
Had everything we needed for a great stay in Cowra - only disappointment was the cleanliness/maintenance of kitchen cutlery and plates which we washed after arrival and blocked sink in bathroom.

The unit we stayed in was clean. We were away for a bowling tournament and it was close to the venue. We did find it was hard to warm the place up as I felt the air-conditioner was not heating properly. All in all we would stay again.

Cowra week of cycling
This property was just a perfect base for our week of cycling. Ground floor with plenty of space to store our bikes, separate lounge, kitchen and dining areas, 2 good sized bedrooms and a great big shower. Private off street parking was a treat. Outside laundry and clothesline well utilized. Even had a lawn where we could wash our bikes. The building is old but had all the appointments we needed. Very good communication from Amanda.

central location good however very noisy with traffic passing.
Only 3 seats in lounge room, 4 adults staying. Plenty of crockery but we needed to wash it up first. Floor needed to be vacuumed and there were crumbs on the table.

Friday and Saturday nights were spoiled by tenants upstairs who drank and made a lot of noise
The noise from upstairs went on till 2am on both nights.

Great Location
Modern furnishings and the location of being close to town and with great coffee in the cafe next door, all made up for the tired appearance of the exterior. The QS bed and pillows were very comfortable. Thankyou!

Bed in main room, very comfortable, but single beds very uncomfortable. Coffee table in lounge room was very dirty, finger marks etc, Bathroom sink was blocked. Could hear the people in the unit above using the toilet and shower and every footstep echoed through our apartment. Tried using the ironing board only to find it could not stand on its own, it just collapsed, had to rest the ironing board on some chairs. Location was great. Kitchen fully equiped. Unfortunately we wont stay there again.

Very liveable
I enjoyed an extended stay at this little unit. It was very homely and had everything I needed to live comfortably. There were quite a lot of spiders and some windows were broken, allowing flys in but I didn't mind. The TV was only small and wifi would have been really helpful. But I really had a great stay and appreciate the hospitality. Thank you so much.

Amazing stay
Amanda was a great host. The apartments have everything you need for an extended stay and in great condition and great price (cheapest we found in town!) Great location, right next to the best coffee in town. Very easy to communicate with Amanda. Would definitely recommend!

Budget Accommodation Portrayed as and Sold as Up-Market.
Despite paying in full for two nights, I COULD NOT & DID NOT STAY in this low-grade apartment, which bares little resemblance to the images and description on-line. Inside, it is dark and dingy; damaged woodwork inside the front door; outside, the front windows are heavy with cobwebs; glass in front doors not cleaned etc. This 'budget accommodation' is falsely portrayed as and priced as up-market. I would go so far as to say that this is unethical and may be classed as 'false advertising'.

Wonderful for a short stay but no pantry and the washing machine doesn’t work amazingly. (There is a laundromat nearby though). And no internet. A wonderful and charming place for a short stay.

Overall place was clean and comfortable. Kitchen cupboards could do with a clean out and better cookware available. Would recommend for travellers, easy to find and well placed in town.

Don’t be put off by the exterior of the block. The apartment itself is comfortable, well appointed, clean, close to the centre of town and the Peace Precinct.

Amanda was very helpful, we appreciated the ease of communication! Great location, comfy warm beds and the apartment was incredibly clean. You can walk to everything you need in town and a cafe next door! Be prepared for truck noise on the highway at night. We would definitely stay again! Japanese Garden is a must see.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay and found the property to be comfortable and centrally located. Off street parking was available albeit the drive is a bit tight. The property looks a dated from the outside. Inside, the apartment is roomy and has everything that you need for a short stay. Amanda was approachable and helpful.

Comfortable and conveniently located
We had a very enjoyable weekend stay at 131 Kendal St on a trip to visit the cherry blossom festival. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has a decently-stocked kitchen and is nicely decorated, but could do with a little maintenance. The apartments are on the main road but we didn't notice much in the way of traffic noise. Easy walking distance to a number of eateries, shops and the Services Club. Can recommend the cafe next door for breakfast and the Hong Kong chinese restaurant nearby.

Kendall St stay
Two adult couples and we very much enjoyed our stay. Apartment is in a fab part of town with all shops and amenities within walking distance. We also walked from the Japanese Gardens back. Recommend the RSL for dinner just around the corner. Apartment kitchen reasonably stocked with utensils, nice gas heater for the cold nights. Thanks for a comfortable few days.

Long weekend in Cowra. Excellent location. Well equipped apartment. Minor misses - no dishcloth provided for the kitchen and insufficient toilet paper. No wifi. Otherwise a very adequate place to stay.
