Great for multiple families
Great size yard, great size house to fit 12 adults and teenagers comfortably. Short drive to shops and beach. Lovely open plan living upstairs. Needs a new table tennis table and bats. Plenty of fridge/freezer space and very well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication and support when we had an issue.

We stayed for a school holiday getaway in Winter. House had plenty of room and able to accommodate our group. We had everything we needed to make our stay as easy as possible. The host was very easy to communicate with. Was a short drive into town.

Close enough, but far enough...
We had a great stay at this property. We were three families with children between the ages of 7 to 14. The property itself had more than enough space to accommodate us all. There were a few children that slept on the fold out sofa beds. The backyard is very big and and was good to sit out and enjoy the sunshine, as was the balcony off the dinning room. Communication with the owner was easy and responded in a timely manner. You can walk into town if needed, about 30mins, but far enough away as to not be caught in the traffic and (sometimes) searching for a car park. Cleaning could be a touch better, however, all in all a great stay and would recommend this place.

Lovely weekend getaway.
We had a lovely weekend stay at this house. Nice, quiet street. Five minute drive to main strip. Host was easy to contact, responded quickly and was very accommodating.

Great family home
Loved our stay here. Great big backyard and spaces for the children to play and adults to enjoy. It was clean and bright. Accurate listing and check in was efficient. Only downside was the table tennis table was broken but we still managed to enjoy a play on it. Thanks and would stay again if in the area!

The house was fabulous. It can accommodated a large group (or several families). Lots of seating, bedding and space for everyone. Easy check in and check out and great communication with the property manager.

Big house good location
We had a fabulous stay! The house is a big two story perfect for families like us with older teenagers, the bedrooms are big and the floor plan works well, a short walk into cowes made it perfect for our family summer holiday. Russell was a fantastic host easy communication and nothing was too much bother. Highly recommended property

Overall, great house in fantastic location. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 littlies. Four large bedrooms meant all had their own area and littlies were able to sleep peacefully during the day. Within walking distance to cafes, shops, beach and playgrounds. Russell was really easy to deal with and responded quickly to queries.

Amazing Property - Great Beds and ALOT of room!
We enjoyed our stay immensely, there was enough room for 6 kids and 5 adults to enjoy each others company, the beds were REALLY comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped that looks over the back yard and the pergola out the back and the front was great to watch the kids back yard and also out the front. Russell was so easy to contact and had quick responses, thank you for a great property to spend time in, if we are ever in Cowes again, we will stay there!

Perfect for big families
Location is only a short drive to the shops & restaurants & beach in Cowes. Nice & quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen well equipped for large groups. Very spacious house and bedding very comfortable. Table tennis was very popular over the weekend! We were 3 families who enjoyed our 3 night stay in this house! Thank you Russell!

Great size for family groups
For a group of four adults and four teenagers, this house was perfect. Kids had play area downstairs and parents were able to relax up stairs. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked, every utensil and dish possible and more. Balcony was great for family board games. Lots of great memories. Thank you Russell for being such a great host

Cosy, spacious and convenient
It was a beautiful 3 nights with my family and friends in this house. Loved the bright and spacious living room area as well as the kitchen and the BBQ. The beds are also well organised that can cater two to three families. Really enjoyed the stay, hope we can revisit in the future.

We loved, loved, loved our stay in this beautiful house. It was perfect and fit our family of 12 so comfortably (2 ×Grandparents, 3 x sisters and partners and 4 kiddies). The house is spacious with a number of living areas which was great for our largeish group. Russell the owner was so accommodating and helpful. He has thought of providing everything you might need during your stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Russell!

Wonderful weekend spent in a beautiful home
My family and I had the most incredible time away, made all the more special by the beautiful property we stayed in! Russell was extremely easy to deal with and kept us up to date at all stages of the booking and stay. The house itself was very very clean and big enough to accommodate our large family. Beach is a 10 minute walk away and a lovely park at the end of the street Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean home that comfortably housed 3 families and 2 dogs. Check in process was seamless. The only thing to make this home better would be if it were closer to the beach. No complaints at all. Would recommend and stay again.

Great house and pretty good location. Russell was easy and obliging. Would definitely stay again.
All in all we had a good 4 nights. Ignition on stove wasn’t working but assume it was just a battery. Park at the end of the street was a great walk with our dog. Would definitely recommend it for large groups.

Great family friendly property
I booked this for my family, young and old. 14 of us in total. There was plenty of room for us all. The rooms were spacious and the yard was excellent for a game of backyard ashes. Property was close enough for everything we needed. Would book this again. A fantastic time was had by all.
