Stay at Sage House
Sage House was amazing. Just beautiful spacious home with a huge beautifully tended garden and lawn area. Kids and dog had a blast running around and playing. Great to catch up with friends around the bbq and enjoy the amazing down south sights, foods and drinks.

Wonderful property and a beautiful clean, modern and spacious home.
My wife, dog and myself had a really good experience staying at Sage house. Couldn't be a more perfect home and the gardens and lawn area were ideal. Will be back as soon as we can.

A week in paradise
Sage House is beautifully set up within the most glorious gardens. Every need was met, from the well resourced kitchen to the safe garden for the children and dog. Sandra and Gerry are lovely people who provided an excellent information file on the home and notes throughout to assist. The little gifts and produce were really special touches. Thank you from our whole family.

Lovely weekend at Sage house!
Had a wonderful weekend at the sage house with the family. The kitchen was really well equipped and our favourite was the large fully fenced backyard that our dog could run around in! One of the best weekends!

Sage House family stay
We had a great week in Sage house. It is a spacious and well appointed property in a lovely setting. It is not as secluded as we'd expected but the upside of that is that it is a very short walk into the Town, with local cafes and places to eat and drink. The fresh eggs from the chickens on the property were appreciated and it is wonderful to be able to bring the family pet (dog!) on a family holiday.

Excellent home . We loved our stay and all the extras too . The property is so well maintained . the gardens were picture perfect and well manicured . So many extra items in Pantry . Communication with Sandra and Gerry was really easy and they went the extra mile to give us a welcome drop of Margaret River wine and chocolates . Thank you Sandra and Gerry.

The extra touches make this property!
We enjoyed 4 nights in this beautiful house. Sandy provided you could possibly need. It was spotless and the grounds were beautiful. We even got extra teabags because we forgot to pick some up. Great location, walkable to town, and close to Gracetown for a morning swim and Margaret River for dinner. Just perfect.

Girls week away
Lovely house and gardens so relaxing we all loved the outdoor area it was beautiful, house was well supplied with everything we needed and on arrival a box of chocolates and bottle of wine were waiting for us, we would all recommend staying at this property.

Excellent place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful with everything you need and appreciated the little touches. We will definitely stay again next time we go to the margaret river region and recommend to friends. The location was also great, a 10 minute walk to local shops and only 10 minute drive to Margaret River centre where restaurants are.

Great accommodation
We were three families, six adults, four children and we had our dog with us. Everyone had a great time and the accommodation was everything and more. It was very clean, more than enough room for all of us and the garden was fantastic as well as the outside area. We would all highly recommend this accomodation.

Beyond expectations
What a place!! It was the perfect house for our group! The kids loved the big kids bedroom, the enormous grassed area (where lots and lots of cricket games were held) and the very friendly chickens. The outdoor seating area was fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing out there with a glass (or 2) of wine at night. The kitchen was awesome with everything we needed!! We were a little worried about the location but cowermup had most things we needed and if not Margaret river was only 10mins away. Sandra was an awesome host and lovely lady!! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!
Spotlessly clean property, perfectly located to explore Margaret River Region. Sandra has thought of absolutely everything you could need for a break away. The fresh eggs, wine, chocolates and fire set ready to light made it feel special. Loved the chickens that visited each day. Super comfy beds, plenty of space for everyone. Planning our next visit already!

Amazing
Lovely big house, equipped with everything you need, even kitchen staples like salt n pepper, tomato sauce etc. Big fenced backyard, great for the kids, even a little cubby house for them to play. The alfresco undercover is great for any weather. One of the best holiday houses we ever stayed at. We can’t wait to be back. Sandra was easy to communicate with and we can only recommend this house. The location is perfect, everything is close by or only a short drive away.

Superb!
For us this rates as one of the best holiday rentals we have booked - if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! We are a family group of three generations - from a toddler to the oldies plus a small dog. This property was perfect! It was comfortable and well equiped. Good kitchen and lounge/dining areas, with an entertaining deck and fully fenced back yard. The fire was welcome and there was plenty of wood. Nice quiet rural location - away from the pubs and parties, but close enough to Cowaramup village for a walk to get a coffee. Main shops are at Margaret River (about 12km away). House is on a small family farm, with chooks, sheep and other animals. Hosts, Sandra and Gerry, made us feel very welcome and were easily contactable for any questions. I would highly recommend this property for family groups wanting a comfortable and relaxed holiday.

The best Farm Stay weekend!

Beautiful Memories
We had a wonderful, relaxing getaway. The house was clean and plenty of room for the kids to run around. Our boys highlight was feeding the alpacas, sheep and looking at the chickens on the property.
