Back at the hotel, you can dine in the restaurant and enjoy the full buffet which also has show cooking, and after a nap in a cozy room with Mediterranean decor, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, hair dryer the bathroom, and even safe (you can rent by the day), or go to the relaxation area where you can bathe safely in the pool-jacuzzi with deck into the water, feel the beneficial effect of acupressure with the pressure jets of water on your body, rest and relax in the chill out, or go to the common recreational area where you can join the family in the other hotel pool and sunbathing on the terrace, or enjoy a drink in our lively bar. In the playground next to the pool, kids can play with toys for all ages find and can have fun with games that organizes our cheerleader.

As a guest of our hotel, you can also enjoy our full entertainment program: children's daytime and evening entertainment for adults, with shows flamenco dance ...
You will also have available our free bicycles, umbrellas for the beach and the possibility to park your car in the hotel car park, because we have a covered garage with 20 parking spaces (fee, reservations required).
From late June to early September, customers can also enjoy free activities are organized on the beach for families.

“Cannot fault this Hotel. Will definitely return.”
I had a single room which had everything I needed,including hairdryer and air conditioning.The Hotel has a very relaxing feel to it and the staff were excellent.I on ly wish it was open at Christmas then I would have no hesitation in booking my stay there.The buffet breakfast included champagne! Complimentary coffee and cake each afternoon.I cannot recomment this Hotel enough. Very convenient location for beach and shops and railway station. Will be going back next year for sure.
“Dated but Great”
The hotel was kept in immaculate condition. Everywhere was constantly being cleaned. The rooms were airy with balconies and more than enough storage. N.B. we were given apartments, so I can't comment on the hotel room sizes. It is centrally located and a short walk from the beach. Within a few hundred yards are shops retaurants, bars, a casino, cinema etc I personally though the location was spot on. But be careful if you drive. The streets are narrow and are all one-way. Having said that it didn't take us long to find the motorway and we visited Barcelona, the Spanish G.P. and Blanes quite easily

The hotel has a good standard like a hotel with ***. But has only small swimingpool, and I think it ratter for a children.

the hotel was lovely and clean. The Swimming pool was very small and there was only 4/5 sun loungers. However not a problem as beach only 5 minute walk. The food was ok as long you are not as fussy and dont be excited about going down for a good breakfast because that wont happen. Restaurant staff are really unfriendly and dont want to be there. All the other staff our great and very helpful. Overall a really nice hotel i would stay there again but only as a room basis.
“just right for us”
The Neptuno is right in Callella not like the bigger hotels that are a little furthur away.We had a balcony which caught the sun from the afternoon onwards. Breakfast was fine(not sure about the jams though. Two pools and a pleasant atmosphere made it a good break for us.
