“small appartment on excellent location”

Very small studio. Cheap. Not very clean when we arrived. Kitchen not adequately equipped, which for us was no problem. Owner is English, but all 33 available digital TV channels are Spanish or Catalan. No internet. Extra charge EUR 40 for cleaning. All to be paid in advance in cash. Of course, no change is available. The lady receiving us did not speak a single word of English (or any language known to us). Neveretheless: excellent location, quite livable for a few days.
