We loved this place. It was in the middle of the most breathtaking forest. It was peaceful and beautiful view from balcony. Although just a few minutes down to cortina which was lovely. Spotlessly clean, spacious and the most comfortable beds with cozy premium bedding. The bathroom was huge and very modern. Delicious breakfast including eggs bacon cheese various breads cereals and fruit including gf options! Yeah! They also serve dinner but we did not try it. The best part was the friendly helpful staff. We had a personal problem and Michele, the front desk man called for us and straightened it out in Italian. He really went above and beyond. Everyone was so helpful. I would highly recommend this place if in the area.

Luxury hotel (not a B&B) located three miles above the town of Cortina and conveniently very close to the ski resort of Cristallo-Faloria. Clean, modern and well maintained inside with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, and the beds featured nice linens and were very comfortable. Dining room conveniently serves a full service breakfast and dinner, the latter including wine and dessert. Self service espresso machines help you get started in the morning. If you want to be in the thick of the downtown shops and restaurants, this is not the place for you, but if you want to be close by but slightly removed from Cortina in a very comfortable, clean family oriented hotel, this place fits the bill.

Lake Braies / Pragser Wildsee. About 45 minutes from the hotel.
Tre Cime di Lavaredo Less than a half hour from the hotel. Easy trail. Good parking.

The property is showing a bit of wear and tear. There was a very unpleasant odor in our bathroom that was worse on our second night. The food was cafeteria style and not very good. But the area is very beautiful and the hotel is walking distance to some fabulous hiking trails. The view from our window was breathtaking.

Very bad
The hotel is bad. Everything is dirty. The dining tables are sticky with dirt. The meals are served sparingly. The price is high. Staff service is not good. I would not give sensual stars. There is no chance he will come again.

Exactly what we needed - and where we needed
We stayed one night, on our way on a read trip in the Dolomites and Northern Italy. The Hotel was perfectly situated on our path for a night's stay. Room was convenient, staff was super-friendly. There was a heavy storm that night with mud slides right across the street from the beautiful yet ominous "Crystal Mountain", but we felt shielded and safe.

Amazing area and very beautiful setting of hotel which was clean and suitable for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shame there was no kettle or facility to make drink in the room but staff filled up our flask of hot water so thank you for that

We stayed here on a cycling trip to Dolomites. A little way out of town but the amenities more than made up for it. Big modern rooms, clean and well appointed. A great breakfast every day and a reasonable dinner offering made this a thoroughly recommended stop!

This hotel was in a beautiful location but the walls are so flimsy you can hear everything- people walking, talking, opening and closing doors, you literally hear everything. It was hot so I called about AC- they don't have AC. How about a fan? Nope. They suggested I open the windows but they don't have screens so tons of mosquitos and flies got into our room. Would not stay again even though the location is epic.

Amazing
It was an amazing stay. I highly recommend this hotel. The facilities are new, the room is very confortable. The bed and pillows are great, they provided a smart TV so you can relax watching Netflix after a long day in the mountains. Good hair dryer in the room and if you need a iron it's available on the reception. Its so well located, close to the main trails and a quick drive to Cortina d'ampezzo (more or less 5 minutes). In the town you can find amazing restaurants but the hotel also provide dinner for €25pp. The staff are kind, in the reception you can find some essencials being sold and the hotel also have a bar. I would definitely book it again. The parking lot is huge :) It's a very modern hotel. Breakfast is provided and it is quite good.

I booked the hotel specifically making sure there would be air conditioning. For 2 nights in a row, I did not sleep well because I could not figure out how to lower the temperature. Only to later find out that the heat was on in my room!!! I had mentioned air conditioning was not working, but was told it's a known issue with what expedia displays. I did not get the service advertised. Maybe going to this place only once in my life, I was hoping to be able to get a good stay. Instead, I was exhausted.

There wasn't easy access to the entry with luggage, especially when it was wet and slippery. It was uneven and narrow and hard to navigate with luggage. Part of the inside was under construction which we did not know before booking. The room itself was clean and had an amazing view. The staff in the dining hall were not very patient or nice to us, but we noticed they were nice to other guests around us. It was weird and very disrespectful, especially because we tried to be very friendly but they didn't bother us and would just forget about us.

Amazing place to stay
Location of the property is about 10 minutes outside the nearest town of Cortina which was perfect for my trip. Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and were able to answer my questions easily and give suggestions. The view from my bedroom was amazing. The rooms were a great size and both bedroom and bathroom were both very clean. Good size bed and was so comfortable I had a great nights sleep! I would 100% recommend this to friends and would love to stay here again in the future if I am back in the Dolomites! Breakfast had a good buffet range for everyone. Thank you so much to all the staff for an incredible stay!

The hotel is renovated very recently, it is clean and very comfortable. Shout out to Benny the receptionist, he was very friendly, polite, and helpful. The only setback about our stay was the restaurant and the breakfast service, they were out of food with two hours left of breakfast time. When my husband tried to talk to the restaurant manager, he was very unprofessional and rude, he told my husband that food is out and there is no need to complain about it.

Great renovated hotel in a beautiful setting convenient to mountain hiking and biking. The views are stunning! Wake to the local cows and horses with their bells ringing. Truly another world. Wonderful staff with all of the amenities such as onsite breakfast buffet, coin laundry, sundries for purchase.

Half board dining arrangement was very convenient especially since options to eat locally were limited. However, options for vegan meal (requested in advance) were very limited. Only soup and pasta on 2 out of 3 nights when we were there. Vegetables were only potatoes.
