A pleasant change from your normal hotel
"I had a cell room, definitely something different to your average hotel but not a room you'd want for more than a couple of nights. Cells are small after all. I think the hotel also has more conventional rooms. Amazing staff, all super friendly."

"I paid half the price that I did the prior weekend at this company's other Fort William hotel, the Ben Nevis Hotel, but got twice as good a room. Spacious, lovely to look at, more comfortable and better kept. Had the prices on both rooms been switched, they'd both have been fair value."
