"The staff, especially Vee, were fantastic, 5 star service. We rented the meeting room for a party and stayed the night. The event room was great and reasonably priced. Our room, an Accessible King Suite has serious issues. It looks nice. The Accessable shower does not have proper drainage, there is virtually no incline towards either of the drains. I took a 3 minute shower, and the floor flooded to the toilet, it was very dangerous especially fore a person with mobility problems. The sofa was very uncomfortable, light switches on lamps were comically undersized and difficult to find. Mini fridge had an unnecessary cabinet door which would be difficult for wheel chair user, the bathroom sink was set at a weird weird angle difficult for anyone to use. There were no hand towels or washcloths when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was great and had surprisingly good coffee. So kudos to staff, meeting room and breakfast. Our room however was poorly designed and outright dangerous, a law suit waiting to happen."
