"Booked this room (220) for my grandmother's memorial. Drove from Azle TX. Upon arrival, there was broken glass in the front driveway. No elevator. AC in the hallways were not on. The shower curtain rod was falling down, literally coming unscrewed from the wall. TV did not work, had lines going through it as if it had fell and cracked the screen. When we asked about it, nothing was done, and then aproximadamently 2 & a half or 3 hours later while we came down to go out front to our cars, we were then offered to move rooms, after we had already settled, showered, ordered food. The trash cans in the room were ridiculously small. The sheets and covers had stains. While outside we saw water bugs crawling in the parking lot around the hotel front doors. The hostess had her children in the lobby, running around, binkies and blankets and toys on the floor as customers came in. And we got locked out at one point because their child locked the automatic door lock mechanism. The hotel itself and the rooms as well as the employees are not up to par and I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone, ever."
