“Was very impressed.”
Accomodated our every need. Was very satisfied with stay. Thank you.
“TowneSuites by airport”
Very courteous shuttle drivers, but you do have to call for pick-up (they don't come on a schedule). Takes about 20 min after you call.
“Good Bang for Your Buck”
Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. I stayed there for a week while on a business trip. The only issues I had were the lack of wireless internet access (and the short cord they provided wouldn't allow me to be anywhere but at the desk) and the weird faucet on the bathroom sink. It sprayed out like a shower and would get the entire counterrop and mirror wet if you turned it on anywhere past a trickle. Minor issues. I would definitely stay here again.
“Great price, great service”
I stayed with my daughter and her friend. The full kitchen was a nice feature. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of cushy pillows. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I'd stay again for sure!
“Very nice personnel and very clean”
The hotel is just seconds from the airport and the service is nice and clean. Our room had a complete kitchen (which we really didn't need because we only stayed one night). Overall, clean and quiet!
“Would stay a whole month”
The hotel was very clean. The room was better than expected, very large closet. Nice bathroom. Kitchen was great, even included a dishwasher. The mattress was so soft, just like a cloud.
“nice hotel”
comfortable bed, soft pillows, microwave, stove, dishes, dishwasher, large refrigerator. Only downside is there was a shower with no bathtub.
“Comfortable, convenient, quiet and well maintained”
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the quite was spacious and the hotel staff were very helpful. The workout room was small, but had a professional quality treadmill and eliptical machine. I have stayed at other hotels in the area, and from now on will stay at the TownePlace Suites.
“Decent Hotel”
This is the 2nd hotel I stayed at in the Gahanna area and this one was much nicer than the other. It is setup more like a Residence Inn, but unlike some extended stay hotels, your room is serviced every day. TV was crazy small (like 15" tube), but you had all the necessities for a long stay (fridge, microwave, stove, etc.).
“Great location”
This is a nice hotel. It could use a paint job on the exterior but you do not notice that until you park in the lot. The rooms were pretty well kept, the only thing I saw was that the vent in the shower was a bit rusty but a quick paint job would fix that. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was within 20 minutes of everything and everyone in Columbus that we were there to see and the access to the freeway was right there but you did not hear the freeway noise. Since it is so close to the airport you could occasionally the planes at night.
