"First all, we were in the city for a tournament, we travel a lot due to our son playing on a travel team, mostly any other hotel would let us check in early if possible, however the lady at the desk was not friendly at all, she was rude, and short. We had two games in the morning last one being at 10:30, we drove 1/2 hours from the fields to the hotel and she said no early checking 3 or after. My son had another game at 4:10 and we just wanted for him to refresh until that game. 2. Our room looked like it was never clean, the bathroom was nasty, tub was filthy, dust everywhere, awful smell in the room. 3. Pool was nasty. Overall I would recommend any of this brand hotels at all"
