“New, clean, great value”

I have stayed here many times because this hotel is a great value for your money. I usually only stay at 4 or 5 star hotels but keep coming back to this Holiday Inn when I travel through Columbus because it is very clean with comfortable beds and pillows, nice big flat screen TV, FREE internet (which I never get at the more expensive hotels) and an upscale feel. Location is great as there are many dining options to choose from in the immediate vicinity, a movie theatre 2 blocks away and you are only 10 minutes from downtown Columbus. The only downside is Rome-Hilliard road (the exit off I-70) is currently under construction which can make it difficult to get around this area; however, it is still well worth this temporary hassle.

“Brand New Holiday Inn Express - Hilliard”

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the Hilliard area. We picked the hotel because of it's location and when we arrived, the staff informed us that the hotel had just opened a few weeks before (Sept. 2009). Everything was nicely updated, the rooms were very comforable, the hotel is brand new and everything is very CLEAN!!

“Comfortable, Clean, and Quick stay”

The hotel was very new, clean, and comfortable. We only stayed one night, so I can't really speak to much about the Hotel service. We ate at the Lobby Restaurant "Bar 10 and Grill" (I believe the name was). The food was basic, but good. My only complaint was that the room's heater was fairly loud. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

“Best Holiday Inn Ever!”

The location was a little tricky to get into, but we arrived late around 6pm. It was really dark. But overall the hotel was located in a great location. Everything was clean. The business areas were amazing. The food was awesome. Prices weren't too bad. It's a brand new place so everything was like brand new1

“Will not return, paid too much for bad night's rest”

I checked out many reviews on surrounding hotels and chose this hotel because of the convienance of an onsite restaurant and comforting rooms. I traveled 11 hrs and couldn't wait to get a good night's sleep before heading out in the morning to join family and friends at an outdoor birthday party. The night was to say the least, exhausting. The air contioner was loud, so loud, it woke me everytime it kicked on. I tried to turn it down to ease the frequency of the noise, but that made the room too stuffy. I visited the restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat, but although the staff waiter was quick to greet me, take my order and bring my food, he was nowhere to be found to request any refills. I had to actually flag him down from his social conversation with the only other customer in ther restaurant. Guess I wasn't a priority. I new of the nearby construction but the hotel staff wsa not what you would say "receptive" to my inquiries. They were more busy with mulitasking than in providing any real warm welcome or eye contact to say the least. For the money, this was very disappointing. I would have been better off at a cheaper hotel down the street. Will not return, EVER....
