“Will stay again when in Columbus!”
We enjoyed our stay, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers.... everyone was kind, friendly and helpful in every way. Would for sure stay there again when in the Columbus area.

“Very Pleasant Visit to Downtown Columbus”
Was in Columbus recently to attend a family function and made reservations at the Holiday Inn. We had stayed there years before and knew it was convenient to German Village, downtown, and Arena District/Short North/OSU area. I was very pleasantly surprised! It had been undergone renovation since last time and was very clean and pleasant...and at a great price. Desk staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and attractive, and the mattress was very supportive. All-in-all a very nice 2 nights at a price that was significantly less expensive than hotels elsewhere in the city we had considered. If your aim is to find a comfortable, clean, attractive place as a base of operations for a Columbus trip....I'd highly recommend this hotel.
“Clean and Convenient”
From the moment we arrived the staff were as helpful as anyone can be. The room was in perfect condition. We asked for a couple of extra services, and they were provided with a smile almost instantly. Our destinations were all within an easy walk, and we had a good visit. Would definitely use again.
“Great Downtown Value”
I stayed at this hotel on a recent business trip and it turned out to be a great value. This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Columbus only three blocks from the state capitol. The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay a good one. The only thing I would downgrade them on is their restaurant food...it wasn't very good. But, with the hotel being so close to downtown, you can find plenty of outstanding dining options within walking distance. Their lounge was very relaxing and a nice place to socialize or do work while enjoying a beer. I'd reccommend this place for anyone visiting downtown Columbus.

“Great Staff!!”
We stayed one night for a Hockey game and the front desk people were wonderful. They provided us with transportation instead of waiting for the other bus AND picked us up. Shuttle was available all night! The rooms were excellent and clean. Everyone was extremely friendly. Overall great stay.
“Great Hotel”
Location was a bit.... ehhh... but overall staff excellent, rooms clean, bathrooms a bit small but functional, and the stay very quiet. Would recommend if needing to stay downtown.

The Holiday Inn is not the Ritz, but for a downtown hotel, it is reasonably priced, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the desk service was supurb.
