"Most hotel clerks greet you when you get to the counter and confirm the rate of the room, tell you that they will take a deposit per night. This man said none of that. He said hello and next words out his mouth were you can swipe your card when you’re ready.
The rooms were awful. Dated and there was a noticeable smell when you enter the room. The carpet was nasty and I didn’t even want to stay but it was only for one night.
Bright spots- valet, both the evening and morning guys and our server in the restaurant/bar area that evening was very nice.
I stayed there because it was the Embassy Suites, but never again."
