"Had a great stay. William was a great host and very very helpful. The room was good, the breakfast was excellent, and there were lots of little touches that were great. ( Such as ...A little fridge in the room, to keep milk fresh. Fresh milk to put in it, bottled tap water as an option). Out in the country with great views and lots of parking. Not too far from Portrush for meals and food, plus some shops. Thanks for a great stay."

"Our stay was really good. The hotel was quiet even though there was a wedding taking place. The staff where helpful and friendly. The room was a standard hotel room nothing special but it was clean and that suits us. The restaurant food was good and tasty it was a really slick service. My partner ordered the half duck but it must have been a duckling instead. It was the smallest "half duck" we have ever seen and it was over cooked but still enjoyed it. I ordered the pasta which was very tasty and a huge portion. We did three courses and when the bill came I nearly fell down - but wages need paid and the lights need to stay on! One thing we would say is the hotel is great, we would come back. My last piece here is a final comment on the hotel restaurant dessert menu - it's old style and out of date. I'm veggie and I can guarantee ( being an old chef myself) that I will be offered a pasta or rice dish and at best a veggie burger. The menu is meat heavy and if your vegan - forget it! Kitchen staff - where's your inspiration!? Anyway, big thank you to all the staff but particularly the ladies on reception. With love, ❤️"

"Had a lovely overnight trip, but was really disappointed I wasn’t informed before travel regarding the maintenance going on. Spa and pool closed, golf restaurant closed, bar closed for refurbishment, did speak to staff and was credited with £50 on my room account. Can’t praise the staff enough as they can only do what they can in the circumstances. Will definitely not be back until all complete. One other thing was the temporary bar was understaffed and very expensive. Rooms are great, clean and comfortable."
