The loft is clean and spacious. The neighborhood is great and there'ew many cafes and restaurants just a few meters away. The kitchen is well-equiped. I wish there were some basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt and pepper, or a coffee maker in the unit.

The apartment has old and uncomfortable furniture, it does not look clean, the bed does not have nightstands, the bathroom door is attached to the head of the bed with no space to enter the bathroom. and it's extremely loud

The daily cleaning was great, the area, so convenient. Even had extra books! Good kitchen, though cold in the other end of the unit and a bit claustrophbic. However, for a one week stay it was just fine. Loved the goodies they stocked for us too! Oh, and the keypads made entry and exit very easy.

This was a wonderfully large loft, and fairly newly done. It’s a brief walk from the train station, and to most of the sites in the historic town. The staff were very helpful since I had lost my cell phone!

Very unique property. Excellent location. Walkable to downtown. Pick up key around the corner at the hotel. While you’re there check out the excellent roof deck.

Great location
The location was great, the check in was very easy at the hotel Oslo. We were able to access our apartment earlier. There is a parking closed to the apartment, which is offered by the hotel for 10EU. You can access the roof top of the hotel, which is a great spot to see the city.

+ Easy check in. The apartment was clean. nearby there is a convenience store and a bakery + Apartament was very spacious and with a very “vintage” look. But if you expect to stay longer and do some work by the desk then you’ll notice lack of proper chair which makes it rather inconvenient + The kitchen is big and well equipped (there was salt, sugar, olive oil and vinegar and plenty of pots and pans) but the lighting was not sufficient around the countertops. + There was a local guidebook prepared by the hosts, and I found the selection of restaurants there very helpful.

Stayed two nights with our infant daughter. Apartment was up 1.5 flights of stairs off a pedestrian side street from a main road. About a 15 minute uphill walk to the university. Good support from Hotel Oslo staff who handle check-in.

For the vintage lofts, only downside is that the sound carried from the adjoining apartment. Even just talking. Only downside. Loft was very cool and easy to get too. Just remember to check-in at the Oslo hotel across the street and get the parking from the hotel, very easy.

Don’t stay here
Old building with NO soundproofing. Someone moving a chair in another unit or walking down the hall sounded like it was right next to you. Asked management if we could move to a hotel room. They said they didn’t have any available. I pointed out to them that they appeared to be available online. So then they said okay they have one but wanted us to pay full price AGAIN. We said no. Then they said ‘we just had a cancellation in another building so we’ll move you to that location’. The new location was better but I didn’t like the runaround.

Home away from home!
Great stay in Coimbra while walking the Camino de Santiago. Staff were very helpful and offered lots of suggestions for things to do and see while in Coimbra. Apartment was a very nicely decorated suite with a cool vibe. Kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to enjoy a home cooked meal after days of restaurants. Loved it!

Convenient for Coimbra station
Coimbra Vintage Lofts are well located for the Coimbra train station. The loft we were in was very compact - once inside you do need to be able to manage stairs to get to the mezzanine bed (but since Coimbra is all about climbing and stairs hopefully this is not an issue for you). The staff at the Oslo Hotel (who manage this property) were incredibly nice and helpful. Five stars to them.

Well appointed; clean. Everything desired in an apartment. Peaceful, off main street. Check-in close by at Hotel Oslo., where one can use the rooftop terrace. Was accompanied by staff member to Vintage lofts, which has security plus! Codes to get into public areas and then into room. There is no elevator and nothing on the ground floor; so you must be able to manage stairs.

Great stay for 1 night
Lofts are great and so easy to get to from Hotel Oslo. However, It was very cold when we arrived and took a full day to warm up since it’s a loft.

The room is literally a loft with a very small sitting area and lifts and a bathroom under the bed. No lift and lots of steps to get in and then up to bed. Pros: great location, nice service from the people in Hotel Oslo (sister property), use of the lovely rooftop bar at Hotel Oslo, cool vibe and decor. Cons: difficult to find, not accessible by car, bed was a little stiff and the window was drafty.

Unattractive property
Our first encounter at the Front desk of The Oslo Hotel was very helpful (it's difficult to find the Vintage Lofts with GPS; you need to go to the Oslo Hotel instead as indicated on the reservation). However, the Vintage Lofts are probably good for students (although not cheap) but not for those used to nicer hotels. It is not a good value for money; the condition and decor are just basic, or even grimy. There is no view at all (bars on the windows), and the building is unattractive. When I went to the front desk at The Oslo to inquire about changing our room, a different person was rude and completely unhelpful. I would not recommend this property.

This hotel has great location and the room is relatively spacious comparing to other European hotel rooms. It also has a small kitchen with enough utensils for 4 people to have a meal. The room is clean and the staff is friendly too. The only issues I had was that the room has very poor sound proofing walls and windows, so if you are sensitive to noise, I would strongly suggest that you avoid this one. I’m not kidding-I literally hear all the conversations and walking sounds from the room next to our stay. I had a hard time sleeping on my first night. Also, the stairs and the rugs are kind of slippery so safety for young kids would need to be watched. The best part of the hotel is the night view on their Oslo hotel top floor-you must see it!

Our short stay was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the decor in our rooms. It was a little difficult to find, but once we called the front desk, they were very helpful...go to Hotel Oslo for check-in. Nice rooftop bar at the hotel to relax and enjoy the view.

It looks great but there's no sound proofing at all so you will be kept awake all night by traffic, shouting drunks, other guests... I would book elsewhere.

Good location, nicely appointed.
It's a nicely themed room with vintage pictures and magazines from the 60s. Aside from that the design of my particular room was strange, the entry to the bathroom being right near the headboard of the bed. Not a big problem, but slightly inconvenient. Hotel staff that check you in (you check in at the hotel, not the property) was helpful, but it may have been emphasized better to show up at the hotel first.

Great convenient apartments
These are really lovely apartments in a fantastic location for both sightseeing and restaurants. We had the suite which is huge and has everything you could want. Would definitely recommend. The check in at Hotel Oslo across the road was easy, friendly and informative, nothing was too much trouble. Very close to Coimbra A station and a taxi rank.

Great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The local area is great with lots to see and good restaurants. And the room was clean and wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Well Equipped Apartment
This apartment is conveniently located, near the railway station. The fact that it is connected to the Hotel Oslo, with a 24 hour desk, makes it more convenient than other rentals. The loft was was designed & contained everything that we needed for our stay.

Lofts were difficult to find and there was no prior instruction or address telling us to go to Oslo Hotel to check in first. We had to drag suitcases around for nearly an hour before we found it even after visiting Tourism Center. The Loft was small and lacked coffee pot. Bed comfy but stairs getting to it are not for faint of heart. Fun theme of 50's for decor. Reasonable price for great location. Very near train station.

Nice one-night stay
We only stayed for one night. Check-in at the Oslo was very easy. The room itself was nice, clean, well appointed. There was a very informative booklet about the room and the surrounding area. Fortunately, while we were there, our neighbors were quiet. We could occasionally here people walking in the hallway. I can see how it could become annoying if there were less respectful people staying in the other rooms.
