Marilyn’s is a great choice for family-friendly holidays or workcations. This home sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This unit is located at the end of a row of units with a large private backyard. With level access throughout this home may be suitable for those with decreased mobility.

Conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk to Park Beach, one of Coffs Harbour's best surfing beaches and close to shops, fun holidays are waiting for you.

With a large backyard and play equipment for the kids, an outdoor picnic table for outdoor dining and a pool table in the games room, there’s plenty to do here. Kids will be entertained for hours with a swing set, cubby house with slippery dip and mini climbing wall as well as a large lawn for playing.

The games room is equipped with a pool table for hours of entertainment as well as lounge seating for relaxation.

The three bedrooms are relatively spacious, with the master bedroom including a large built-in office desk and chair, great for working from home, studying or some quiet time.

With level access and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, this holiday home may also be suitable for those with mobility concerns.
