"Overall, the hotel was clean and the room was spacious with good lighting, which made the stay comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. However, the air conditioning was very poor and did not work throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
The bathroom featured a rainfall shower, which may look nice, but it can be inconvenient, especially for women who do not want to wash their hair every time they shower. A handheld shower option would have been much more practical.
Another concern was the elevator. It felt somewhat shaky while operating, which made my children uncomfortable, especially when traveling to the 4th floor.
While the hotel has several positive features, improvements to the air conditioning would greatly enhance the guest experience."
