Reverse cycle aircon did make a significant noise during the night. Lovely big room (Spa Room) was probably only missing a couch.

Could only watch like 5 channels on the tv. The other channels didn’t pick up there was sound but a black screen. Was surprised there was no microwave in the room but maybe there was in other rooms but the bed was nice and comfortable the carpet was nice soft clean. The shower water temp and pressure was great

The rooms desperately need some attention. The bathroom was awful. Such a shame. Staff are friendly. Cant recommend for a stay.

The friendliest staff & very accomodating, rooms were amazing, and the shower 😍 you never have good pressure, but this one was ahhhhmazing

Having our room tidied each day was such a treat! Not only were the motel's dishes cleaned but our own dishes were also washed. Very impressive. Thank you for a relaxing and refreshing stay.

The well appointed spacious room cleanliness the pool&spa & quiet Understanding due to COVID there was no food particularly breakfast the precooked. Advice included breakfast this was not the case

It was really cool and my 6year old daughter had so much fun especially swimming in the heated pool. Comfy beds and Garry the owner is super friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent and friendly. I had let them know that I might be late checking in after a very long drive. Not only were they happy to help they also called me during the afternoon to check that my journey was ok. It was a hot day and when I arrived they'd already turned the air conditioning on in the room to cool it down. Really great friendly service.

Great for a short stay
It’s a great location with very good size rooms, the rooms are a little dated but still functional and the pillows were a little hard but still very comfortable and quite with no road noise at all. At check in the staff were very nice and suggested a good restaurant for dinner. I would definitely recommend this motel.

Great little place to stay. Close to everything. The pool is also amazing if you go in warm weather. We stay here everytime we are in Cobram.
