"Nuitée très bien dans l'ensemble. Chambre propre, bien décorée et soignée. En terme d'équipement, je dirai qu'il manque juste un porte serviette près du lavabo pour la serviette des mains, malgré celui au dessus de la baignoire (question partico pratique). Un petit bémol sur la chasse (problème de réglage ou de fuite) signalée le lendemain matin. "

"The Novotel in Clermont-Ferrand was conveniently just off the autoroute. Good protected parking and very efficient check-in. (And they are DOG FRIENDLY). Rooms are what you expect, although our room was way too warm and even we couldn't regulate the temperature satisfactorily. Not sure what was going on, but the thermostat was not responding. The best part: The food offerings at the Novotel are excellent. A very good bar menu of bistro fare, including Croque Monsieurs. But the restaurant itself is terrific. Way beyond anything you would imagine at a Novotel. We will stay there again just for the restaurant!"

"I enjoyed my stay and the hotel. Rooms were fine, nice breakfast... but it looks like I came back with a few bed bug bites... I knew it was common in France and I did a quick search on the mattress but didn't see anything... They must have been hiding somewhere else as I got about 10 bites... "
