"The hotel seems pretty new from first glance. Room is spacious. Bedding is pretty comfortable. TV is new, and there is a big couch and a sitting area by the window. Breakfast is more basic than Hampton of Holiday Inn Express.
But my main issue was with their management. Even though I prepaid for my stay through Expedia, the hotel still wrongly charged me for the night (they turned my deposit into a charge!). I called the hotel repeatedly across 3 days in the AM and in the PM but no one ever answered the phone. I even reached out to Hilton HQ and they couldn't reach the hotel either! What a weird, weird experience. It reflected the lack of training and accountability, just utterly unprofessional."
