"There’s little to no reinvestment of funds into this property. I was afraid of everything this hotel had to offer including the infestation of ants. I just needed one night to safely lay my head before driving home. I double checked everything from the locks on the door to my car doors. This property is for unhoused and transient population."

"The Ramada was in a good location at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the property needed upgrades throughout. It was apparent everything was old and worn. The biggest thing was that there wasn't an elevator to get to the second floor. My wife has a hard time climbing any stairs. This should have been in the description of the hotel."
