Hi, I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I understand your fridge was missed on that mornings depart. My apologies, I did offer to come and clean it out for you myself. The pull out bed was made up, but left away to maximise space. It only needed to be folded out and a blanket (in cupboard) placed on top. I would have been happy to fold it out for you, had you have asked. In regards to the pool, it is there for our guests enjoyment. Managements concern was in regards to the umbrella tipping over into the pool, as you were insistent on putting them up and moving them to the edge of the pool even though it was explained to you they had a tendency to tip in windy conditions. I'm sorry you fell short of toilet paper, but it was supplied immediately once asked for.

Thank you for your feed back, we are glad you had a good night sleep. we cant be more sorry about the bats not getting replaced that is out of the normal we have addressed it to ensure it will not happen again.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you found our staff to be friendly and helpful, and found great use in the pool over the hot days, and your stay overall to be a comfortable one. In regards to the other comments, had you raised your concerns with us during your stay we could have instantly resolved all of your concerns. Regarding food options, all of our rooms do have fridges for food to be bought on to the property, we do not have kitchens in the rooms as we have an on-site Restaurant. It clearly notes in our listing we have Refrigerator, Tea / Coffee Making, Electric Kettle & Room Service. Should a guest require a Microwave or Toaster we are more than happy to supply this along with the crockery / cutlery needed, you just need to ask us at Reception. We do not advertise kitchens, nor have kitchens displayed in our photos. Regarding the room size, our rooms are bigger than most in Chinchilla, and have the added space of a separate walk in wardrobe so that your suit cases and clothes can be kept out of the main room itself, avoiding clutter. We do have designated smoking areas at the property, with the bulk of the property being smoke free. Regards The Team at The Palms
