“A good value”

We booked this hotel the night before as a 1/2 way point from our way home from our family vacation. The hotel is right off the express way and was easy on/easy off. The hotel looks a little dated in the hallways and pool area but the rooms are modern loooking. Check in was real smooth and the ladies behind the desk were very helpful in recommending places to eat. In fact they saw we had three children in our party and told us about a local chain that provided free meals to kids when the Red Sox win. We saved about $20 by going there and the food was excellent. Nice pool area and the internet in the hotel worked perfectly. The room was very clean and a very friendly cleaning staff to boot. I would stay there again,

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful, breakfasts were very good, the room was clean and the other guests were a very nice class of people.

I could not find a hotel in the Amherst area for the colleges family weekend...although this hotel is about a 30 minute drive from the Amherst area the comfort of the stay was worth the drive. The hotel is clean, modern and well lit. The staff was friendly and always available to answer any question or provide any need requested. The continental breakfast offered daily was very good offering an array of breakfast foods, coffee and tea. The kids loved the pool which was also clean and stocked with towels poolside. We will definitely stay here again.

“Love Hampton Inns”

Stayed at three Hampton Inns on a trip to see family near Boston. One was in Boston another in New Hampshire and this one in Chicopee Ma. Very clean,great breakfast,shuttle service and well worth the money!

“Very nice!”

Perfect for what we were looking for. My daughter and I had a one night stay for a sporting event in the area the following morning. Rooms were large, comfortable and very clean. The pool looked like new as did the dining room. Breakfast was very good and included in the rate. Both the day and the night managers were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

“Hamptom in Chicopee Mass”

The hotel is very accomadating and we always get a good room. We have special needs and they always do there best to get us what we need. Overall between the room and the staff, it is an enjoyable experience.

“Business travel”

The Hampton Inn is easy off/ easy on to Mass Pike Rte 90. Close proximity to I-91 north/south makes the choice easy as well. A few chain restaurants for meals across the street and a coffee house next door if their breakfast options don't meet your desires. You barely hear the large C-5 transports taking off from nearby Westover AFB.

“Very nice”

Found a partially used shampoo bottle among the toiletries but that is our only complaint. They are doing some work on the meeting room but not an inconvienence to guests. Very friendly and willing to help staff. We stayed in the jr. suite with the whirlpool and my wife got our money's worth out of sitting in it. I chose this hotel for it's proximity to the Hu Ke Lau. We went there for a show and didn't want to drive after. Easy walk to many stores too.
