“"Very Impressed"”

I received excellent hotel service from the staff. The mini suite was modern and trendy and the overall condition of the hotel was well-maintained. I would recommend the hotel to other travelers.

“Would stay here again-except for one complaint”

The room was great, the breakfast was great, the location was within walking distance (about a mile) to the orange line (or you can drive there and park for 12 hours for only $4). The only issue was that we had the No Service magnet on the door and the housekeeper knocked and entered while we were still sleeping. Then, about an hour later (while we were still sleeping) she was in the next room yelling really loud to another worker about linens. I didn't say anything about it when I was there but if I ever go back I will make sure to bring it up at check-in.

“best kept secret”

It was so new there were absolutely no reviews out there but I booked it anyway. Convenient from location (downtown, burbs or airport) to shopping (from mall to Walmart). The free breakfast and spanking-new stainless steel kitchen is fabulous for the budget minded traveler. Nice flat screen tvs (and you get two in upgraded suites). Was stranded for a few days with no rental car but still found places near enough (and open) to shop and eat. Friendly staff. Comfortable, homey and best of all - free wireless!
