“The magnificent Affinia!”
Concierge was extrememly helpful, they helped us find many attractions throughout Chicago. They were very friendly and welcoming, even while being super busy, they always made a point to say hello everytime we passed them. When they found out that it was our anniversary they upgraded our room for free! It was a great location to anything that we wanted to see while in Chicago. This was the best hotel stay we have ever had! The room was very clean and modern. We will definitely come back and stay here again anytime we return to Chicago and we will definitely reccommend it to our friends and family. Thank you so much to Peter and all of the hotel staff, you made our stay more memorable!

helpful and friendly staff. Great suggestions for restaurants and clubs. Perfect Starbucks directions. comfortable room. Did not participate in the Affinia free 'experiences' but hope to rerurn and check them out. Rooftop bar-great place for family pictures. Will return!

I stayed in MileNorth, Chicago for 5 nights with my son. An excellent hotel, conveniently located with all facilities and hospitable staff. I look forward to stay there during my next visit also.

I was in Chicago for business at Northwestern Medical Center and this hotel had been recommended by them--as it is basically next door to them; however, it is also 1/2 block from the magnificent mile, so I will definitely consider it for a pleasure trip in the future. The restauraunt was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and the room was relatively large...however, you have to pay for WiFi, which is just ridiculous!! If you don't have a computer that hooks up to an ethernet cord, you had to log on to AT&Ts website and pay per day. If you had a problem, the hotel staff could not help you, you had to contact AT&T and be on hold indefinitely (I gave up). So, I would not recommend this hotel to a traveler who needs internet access.
“Incredible!”
What a find! This hotel is in a perfect location and has everything that you could possibly need. The staff was amazing - helpful and friendly - no request was unfilled. The rooms are extremely clean, large and very comfortable. There is a cozy feeling as there are very few rooms on each floor and it was very quiet within the building. Terrific breakfasts in the restaurant and the menu looked amazing for the other meals. I would definitely go back to stay again and have already suggested it to friends.

My friend and I recently visited Chicago on a shopping trip and stayed in the Affinia Hotel, Chicago. We stayed in this hotel in 2000 and were very satisfied with this hotel. It's location was excellent. All staff in the hotel were very helpful and pleasant and nothing was too much bother. Would stay here again
