I stayed here previously in November 2023 and enjoyed my stay immensely. Unfortunately this visit was not the same. The hot water was intermittent during my entire stay. Upon my check-in at approximately 8 pm on Friday, April 12, 2024, there was no hot water. This was not mentioned by either of the two employees stationed at the lobby. I tested the water at 4 am at it was still cold. The following morning I had plans with my son and was wondering how long the water was going to stay cold without any statement from the hotel. The hot water returned after 9 am. When I returned that evening after 10 pm, to my surprise no hot water for my shower again. This happened through the end of my stay on Monday, April 15. Another minor issue was that the Smart TV in my room 645 could not cast shows from cell phone. I had no problem on my previous visit doing so. I followed the displayed instructions on the TV screen, saw the message your device is paired on my device, entered with the remote the casting message on the bottom of the screen, chose the program I wanted to watch on Netflix, but all I saw was a blank screen. I repeated this process many times in case I may have done something wrong. I received the blank screen all times to my chagrin.
I would stay here again, but my next visit will be the tie breaker.
