The recently opened hotel is a stunning property with a great diversity of restaurants and lounges. The newness of the hotel is evident in the pristine condition of the rooms, which are spotless and well-appointed. Guests can enjoy the excitement of a large casino or relax by the expansive outdoor swimming pool area. The hotel's spa is another highlight, featuring separate areas for men and women, as well as a common area with a large jacuzzi and an array of saunas and steam rooms. However, it’s worth noting that access to the spa facilities requires either a booked treatment or the purchase of an entry ticket. Despite these exceptional amenities, the hotel’s reception service significantly detracts from its otherwise high standards. During our stay, we encountered an issue with loud music from the pool area, which continued past the 6 PM cutoff time stated in the hotel policy. Our attempts to resolve this through the reception were met with frustration. Over the course of several hours, we spoke to 4 different staff members, each providing a different & unhelpful response, ranging from needing more time to turn off the music to an ongoing private party excuse and even the DJ having left with no one knowing how to stop the music.The most disappointing aspect was the response when we requested to be moved to another room. Rather than offering assistance, the receptionist instructed us to pack our luggage & come down to receive new room key, which is unacceptable for 5* hotel.

There was no minibar in the room. The breakfast was so basic. The staff was helpful and kind.

Beautiful hotel with incredible service, spacious rooms, excellent fitness center, and in a great location! I highly recommend this hotel in NYC!

4.9/5 stars! A great and affordable stay, already looking forward to returning. The *only* detractor (and a very minor one at that) was that our king sized bed didn’t have king sized pillows. Otherwise, a great recommendation for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable & connected stay in Manhattan.

One street away from Times Square but without the hype or noise - walking distance to most of NYC attractions. Rooms are comfortable & functional. Check-in was efficient and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was bit of a cattle market but food was OK and fuels you up for the day ahead.
