Simple, but good little hotel
Rooms are small, but clean. Air con is good, though a little noisy. The location however is very useful for both major malls so taxi trips are quick and cheap even in rush hour

Great Staff
Great staff. Although they couldn’t accommodate an early check in. I am aware that the check in is after 2 but my flight had arrived at 00:35. I had to wait in the lobby as all the rooms were full. They had the staff come in and clean a room right away at 7am, which was the best they could do.

The staff was professional courteous and polite. The rooms contained at large safe and refrigerator. the bathroom very clean with no mold. With amenities of a spa and gym. No swimming pool. I give Cebu R Hotel 4 stars

Amazing Hotel
We had a good stay at this hotel. Though it was only for 2 nights but it was worth it. I love their room, most especially the hot water shower(Thumbs up?) Their crew are very polite and accomodating, their breakfast is good. They have a gym and massage area, you can also book for in room service. Overall we had a very great stay...

From a Deluxe Room, the hotel downgraded our room to Standard Room even though we already indicated on the booking that we have 2 infants staying with us. When we reached the hotel they did not even offered us a compensation for the inconvenience. Our room was so small and we had to share a Double Bed when our room originally is for 2 double bed. The stay was so disappointing and the free breakfast choices was very minimal and the staffs were not even helpful! This is so disgusting.

It is central to many malls by way of a short cab ride. Air Conditioning is important to me, theirs is cool and very quiet. The breakfast is served individually either indoors or on a covered balcony. Comfortable setting, excellent staff. There is also a small outdoor local BBQ right across the street from their front door.

I loved how accommodating and attentive the staffs are with their guests. I also loved their hot/cold showers that are just at the right temperatures every time I take a bath plus the breakfast they serve was delish, especially the chorizo. :-)

The property is good and spacious. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with a free breakfast. The bathroom was clean however the towels may require a new replacement. Towels have seen better days! For the price, it was overall a pleasant experience except for the very slow wifi. The parking area is limited but it was OK. The reception area was very accommodating and the food was good as well. It is very close to Ayala and SM shopping center. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The at the restaurant was good. More flavor than expected and portions we're larger than the average Filipino meal. The shakes were excellent. The prices of the food we're reasonable. My only complaint is there isn't a balcony in the rooms, but everything else about the room was great. Air conditioning was strong and the staff always provided bottled water after cleaning the room each day.

The location for us was terrible. The streets were very narrow to walk on. Taxi's were very scarce. We booked for 4 people but got 2 towels. We requested 2 more towels and they were P80 per towel. ($1.60) per towel to rent. We had to pay P300 for 2 breakfast. The staff was VERY friendly. The room was good and on the 7th floor but it had a window that was way to small to enjoy the view.

Good Affordable Hotel
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The service is superb. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are made daily and supplies are abundant. From clean towels to soap and shampoo and toilet papers. You even get free water bottles which they replenish daily. Daily free breakfast are provided. Big selection from native to American dishes. The only damper was when they did the elevator maintenance during the middle of the day. It was no fun having to climb up to the 10th floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and chatting to the ladies at the lobby.

Preparing for the Sinulog Fiesta
The Sinulog Fiesta in Cebu is perhaps the largest festival in the Philippines. I needed to secure a safe and comfortable place for my three-night stay. The hotel was further from the events than I had expected, but the staff helped me find the appropriate transportation each day. A decent breakfast was included.
