"The property was very clean and in good condition. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good, well maintained and stocked. Most surprising to me was the had soda / pop available for breakfast. A sofa machine like in most fast food places. I have never seen that in my travels, which has been a lot thru my career. Overall a great experience."

"Pool chairs are usually marked in the morning until about early evening. Will need a car to get around to most places but within walking distance to a shopping area. One restaurant on site. Peaceful, nice views, serene Decent spa with separate pool Rooms are overall clean"

"They advertise that the rooms get you 6 wristbands for the water park but if you don’t put all the people on the reservation then they charge you $20 per person. Plus you have to pay $20 for parking. The check in process is awful. It take like an hour to check in. They only have 2 people doing check in."
Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

"We recently stayed at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa for five nights. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, several aspects of the resort experience were disappointing given the price point. The biggest issue was valet service. On multiple occasions, we texted 20+ minutes ahead requesting our vehicle, but it still was not ready when we arrived. This happened the majority of the time during our stay. The adult pool area also needs attention. The water jets were not operating, the pool water appeared somewhat dirty, and some of the seating areas were not well maintained. The indoor pool area had stagnant-looking water and did not feel as clean as expected for a luxury resort. Poolside service was inconsistent. It was often difficult to place food and beverage orders because servers rarely came by, and getting the check could also take a long time. While the property is attractive and the room was clean, I expected more activities and entertainment for a resort at this price level. Live music, organized pool activities, or additional resort programming would help distinguish it from other resorts in the Scottsdale area. Overall, the stay was pleasant but did not feel exceptional compared to other resorts in the area, especially considering the cost."
