“Hidden Treasure”
Casey is a very small town, I was surprised that it even had a hotel much less a Comfort Inn. It was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel clerks were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice. It had all the conveniences I needed. My favorite was the bed. It was so comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but did show signs of wear and tear in the sink and showerhead. I could easily overlook that. The breakfast the next day offered a nice selection and contained more than just cereals and breads. I have futurer meetings to attend in the Casey area. I will look forward to staying at the Comfort Inn again!
“No frills and no refills!”
Since there is no other place to stay in Casey, IL you really have no choice, unless you drive another 15 miles south on the interstate. Although the hotel was clean, there was no elevator to the second floor. Beds were extremely uncomfortable...no pillow top or memory foam here! Pillows small and hard as a rock. No vending machines. Breakfast dining area was in part of the lobby, and kept running out of food and beverage items. Lobby furniture looks like dump picks or from the "free" section of Craigs list. Certainly an overall experience I'd rather forget!
