"Este no es el lugar ideal para unas vacaciones; funciona más como un hotel de paso. Las habitaciones y la infraestructura son antiguas y no parecen haber sido remodeladas, lo que hace que, aunque el lugar está limpio, algunas áreas den la impresión de estar sucias por el desgaste. Es adecuado para una estadía corta, de máximo 1 o 2 noches. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el personal, muy amable y atento, lo cual hace una gran diferencia. En cuanto a la ubicación, está muy cerca del aeropuerto y de la zona hotelera turística, pero queda lejos de la zona colonial e histórica de San Juan."

"Water is not hot when showering. Towels are ruff not soft. Bed makes noise when you move. Nobody at the bar. Pool is not deep enough."

"The hotel is beautiful, unique and I had a great stay. What I didn't like is that at the moment of my arrival they didn't have available valet parking service, and didn't have available parking in the hotel. I had to park my car at a very expensive parking across the avenue."

"Upon arrival I would have wanted to be given info on all the hotel perks/amenities, which I wasn’t. The person that checked me in who was Michael wasn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all. I didn’t find out that the hotel gave vouchers for chairs and a beach umbrella until I overheard another staff from reception telling another guest and that was when I was almost leaving. So when I went to reception to ask for vouchers they only gave me 3 vouchers for chairs but I said I was 4 guests and Victoria was rude and told me that I only had 3 guests which was incorrect and I showed her my Expedia receipt and it said 3 adults and one child. She then gave me the pass but that really annoyed me. I enjoyed the free breakfast and the quality and the assortment of the breakfast was excellent. The staff at the breakfast were more friendlier than the reception staff. It is noisy because its so close to the airport but . Loved the pool. Loved how close it was to the beach. Overall, the experience in this hotel was good."
