"Unfortunately, our bags were misplaced during check-in, which created a very stressful and frustrating experience from the start of our trip. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled by management. The communication regarding our missing bags was confusing, and I felt there was a lack of urgency and empathy given the circumstances.
Considering the inconvenience, stress, and uncertainty caused by not knowing where our belongings were, I believe more could have been done to accommodate us and provide reassurance while the issue was being resolved. Overall, the experience left us feeling concerned and dissatisfied with the level of customer service we received."
