“Excellent value for money: most enjoyable”
An excellent hotel in terms of service and cleanliness. Rooms allow one to breath! Dining is agreeable although rather costly for certain items. It offers a superb health club for guests and having used same I can safely say this is a hugh plus. The Hotel is well situated within a shopping centre and quickly connects to the major M4 motorway. I would add that I have stayed at this hotel on numurous occasions over the past 2/3 years and have never been disappointed.
“nice hotel”
The hotel and the amenities are great, especially the swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna. Restaurant was a bit too expensive for our taste. Thank goodness we had breakfast included in the price of the room. Very nice location.
“Excellent hotel, wonderful friendly service”
We stayed at the Copthorne Cardiff for a weekend in March 2009. From the moment they let me check in earlier than usual to the friendly bar service to a great meal in the restaurant, we enjoyed every moment in the hotel. We shall return if ever in the area.

This is an excellent hotel if you want to do business, relax, and see a bit of Wales as well. The service was excellent, professional, and responsive to my needs.
“An enjoyable stay as always”
This is an excellent hotel in all respects. Rooms are well maintained and hotel services are exceptionally good. The dining experience is very enjoyable, although somewhat pricey. The location is a plus in that it is within a shopping center and conveniently located near the M4 Motorway. A health club on the premises is also free to hotel guests: obviously an additional attraction.

Although this hotel is situated near a busy road junction you wouldn't really know it . We always have had a good room and enjoyed the very good room service,especially after travelling many miles.We stay here at this hotel 4/5 times a year ;we visit family nearby.
