We are an off grid resort supplying our own power and doing what we can to provide our services in an environmentally friendly way. This means we must be aware of our energy usage and the appliances we supply in the rooms, as well as a whole host of other things. We do state the available in room and onsite facilities, such as communal kitchen and fridges, in our description so we are sorry to have disappointed in that regards. We have investigated and one of the previous guests had turned a switch off that in turn caused the low water pressure to your cabin. We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused. The wet season in the north is when the rainforest comes alive and you pretty much have the place to yourself as you explore.
