A beautiful hotel for a pleasant stay
"During my recent stay at the hotel, I was pleased to find that it had been thoughtfully refurbished since my last visit over a decade ago. My room on the 8th floor was spacious, clear, and comfortable, offering a beautiful view. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations. However, there were a few areas for improvement that I believe the hotel should consider.
Firstly, the chair in the room was uncomfortable for extended seating, which was a concern as I had to work from the room for several hours each day during my week-long stay. Secondly, the minibar items were overpriced, which was a bit disappointing. Thirdly, I was about about to be charged an exorbitant amount to print a booklet, so I gave it up. Fourthly, while the idea of the mailbox located outside the room for package deliveries and laundry services is fantastic, finding someone to inform me of its existence and accessing it was a bit of a challenge. Lastly, I found the hotel's laundry service to be quite expensive, almost equivalent to the cost of the clothes themselves. If guests require laundry services, it would be advisable to find an external alternative.
Despite these minor issues, I immensely enjoyed my stay and appreciate the thoughtful refurbishment. I look forward to visiting again in the future."
