“Summary one of the best hotels in Cancun”

Ideally located, nice personnel and staff, good food. Magnificent swimming pools. Clean beach. Modern hotel with 371 rooms bur with the feel of a smaller one. Advantage, no kids and excellent food (all inclusive) nearly all rooms have beach and seaview Some minor issues: background music too dominating from 07:00 am till 10 pm and some noisy inpatient eastern european guests taking all towels to occuppy beach seats and showing bad manners against staff.

“Great relaxed, sophisticated adults only property”

Very pleased with this hotel especially since I normally have reservations about Cancun proper. The hotel was clean, modern and very well run. It is a more zen like vibe and the absence of entertainment was intentional and a positive for the property. There are no silly pool games or bad cabarets at Live Aqua. This is a great place for couples or groups of friends who enjoy spa like surroundings, fantastic pools, great service and above average food. The food was quite good and very good for Mexico. We are very well traveled and thus don't expect US 5* restaurants when in Mexico and I think everyone should understand that is not reasonable to expect. With that said, we have stayed at many of the high end resorts in Cancun, Riviera Maya and the Pacific coast of Mexico and for an all inclusive the food was quite good and better than most. The alcohol selection was good as well but as usual the exception was wine - it was drinkable and better than I have had at other AI's but that is not saying much. All in all this is great property if you are looking for a sophisticated adults only resort that is good enough o never leave but also close to the action if you want take in some of Cancun.

“One of Cancun's best.”

I have been to Cancun over 10 times. Have stayed in all-inclusive resorts over 10 times. This is one of the best resorts. Very Modern hotel with excellent facilities and courteous staff.

“Live Aqua - Went Above & Beyond Our Expectations!!”

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We knew it would be great....but it was truly over the top! The food is good, rooms were awesome, but we just can't say enough about the SERVICE! We felt like royalty. We wanted for nothing. The Live Aqua has a concept: "Your Wish Is My Wish" and they followed that through at every level. Fernando (Pool Manager), Valeria (Sales) and Leonel (Life Guard) helped to make this experience for us a fantastic one, but EVERY employee that we ran in to was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

“Great!!!!”

Absolutely great hotel with very nice staff, great food, & beautiful pools and beach! I enjoyed everything about this hotel and I would recommend it!
