Guests can book rooms at Krystal Cancun for a rate that is either for the room only or for all-inclusive. All-inclusive rates are higher because they include onsite food and beverages in the room rate (some restrictions may apply, for example, to premium food items or drinks; or to dining at specific restaurants). Guests who book all-inclusive rates do not have to pay extra for onsite activities. Taxes and gratuities are included. Please note items that are not included; these require a surcharge.

The Krystal Cancun resort rises above the Caribbean Sea, within one block of nearby restaurants, shopping malls, nightlife, and the Cancún Convention Center.
This resort provides a fitness center and a full-service spa that includes a sauna, steam room, and rooms for massage (surcharge). It also offers body treatments, facials, and a small fitness room.

Rooms are offered in the European Plan (no meals) or Full Meal Plan (includes meals and beverages). Guests booking Meal and Beverage rooms will not be charged extra for meals, drinks, room service for dinner, set-menu dinners at select restaurants in Cancún, and gratuities at restaurants and bars. Krystal Cancun offers 453 spacious guestrooms in an eight-story tower. Rooms, renovated in December 2011, include trendy furnishings, spring-box mattresses, and two-chair dining sets. Rooms do not include balconies, but windows provide views of the Caribbean Sea or over Punta Cancun. The barefoot-friendly guestrooms include marble floors and marble bathrooms with shower/tub combinations.
All rooms provide 32-inch LCD TVs with cable and complimentary wireless Internet access.
Krystal Cancun offers 18 rooms for couples who wish to enjoy adults-only, ocean accommodations. These room types include amenities, discounts and preferential benefits for couples and honeymooners.
Krystal Club rooms, located on the top two floors of the hotel, provide extra amenities, including upgraded in-room amenities, access to an exclusive rooftop terrace, and a concierge-staffed lounge. In the lounge, guests enjoy a Continental breakfast, coffee and pastries during the day, and evening appetizers and house wine.

Aquamarina - Breakfast and dinner are served in this lively air-conditioned restaurant with pool/ocean view. The breakfast buffet consists of a wide variety of international as well as traditional Mexican dishes. At night an à la carte menu is offered.

El Mortero - Hacienda-style meals including traditional Mexican dishes and a popular fish grill. Mariachi band. Dress code: Long pants, sleeved shirts, closed-toe shoes for men.
Las Velas Restaurant - Menu includes snacks as well as buffet and a la carte lunch. Specializing in surf and turf. Located next to the pool. Open late morning to early evening.
Beach Club - Beach bar open mid-morning to early evening for beer, tropical drinks.
Lobby Bar - Bar/lounge with big-screen TV. Open late morning to late night.
Cascada Bar - Relax on your own swing seat with refreshing drinks served by the infinity whirlpool, open from mid-morning to early evening.
Wet Bar - The perfect place to enjoy your favourite beer or tropical drink, next to Velas Restaurant, open from mid-morning to early evening.
Recreation
A 137-meter (150-yard) sundeck overlooking the Caribbean Sea features a 68.5-meter-long (75-yard) freeform pool with a waterfall at one end, a swim-up bar at the other end, and an infinity edge in the middle. Adjacent to the waterfall end is a jetted tub and a 3.5-meter-diameter (12-foot) children's pool near a grass playground. Guests are provided towels next to the kids club.
During the winter, the shallow beach in front of the hotel disappears, but it builds up again in spring and summer. In place of the beach, there's a sand terrace furnished with lounge chairs for sunbathing and thatched-roof palapas for shade.
An independent operator, AquaWorld, maintains a desk at the hotel for booking fishing trips and scuba diving/snorkeling excursions and for scuba-diving instruction. AquaWorld's main center is a marina 6.5 km (4 mi) away on Nichupté Lagoon, where many watersports are available, including kayaks, personal watercraft, sailboats, and parasailing and windsurfing gear. Other independent operators on the beach nearby sometimes rent personal watercraft and arrange parasailing flights.
The prestigious Cancún Golf Club at Pok-Ta-Pok, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., is just 2 km (1.25 mi) away.

“Total Paradise....”
After reading all the reviews about this hotel, I was a lil sceptical at first but after arriving to the hotel and seeing it for myself, I fell in love. I dont know where people came up with their reviews because the hotel was way nicer than everyone made it sound! The room was clean and up to date and very nice! (We booked a Krystal Club room) The service was exceptional and the food was beyond delicious! The sushi bar was awesome!! Nice pools and gorgeous beach! The location is probably the best in all of cancun, right in the heart of downtown. For the price you pay its a steal!

“The service is the best you will ever get!!”
Since I never traveled outside of the country I did not know what to expect. This vacation was to celebrate my best friends 22nd birthday and the hotel was completely amazing! When we walked in the door we were greeted with welcome drinks and immediately taken care of from that point onward. If you plan on staying at this resort, I highly recommend getting the all inclusive package. We got room service, unlimited drinks, food, and hospitality. The servers and workers throughout the hotel were the best I've ever experienced. When you think open free bar, you expect the workers and bartenders to be stingy with the alcohol but it was the complete opposite! On more than one occasion I received multiple strong drinks without even asking. Also with this package you get the option to eat out at about 6 other restaurants in the area for free. I highly recommend el mortero which is right outside and Sr. Frogs that's right down the street. Don't go to Sr. Frogs unless you are willing to drink because they don't take no for an answer! I loved everything about this hotel, its workers, and the paradise it was set in. You don't receive this hospitality, genuine caring, and service in any hotel in the US. When we saw some of favorite employees on the last day they begged us not to leave and treated us like family!! Ill definitely miss all of the friends I made at the krystal cancun resort!!
“Cheap and awesome!”
We spent 4 nights over christmas here and it was awesome. We got cheap rates, not all inclusive. The place is great, we stayed in the new tower. We were 2 floors above the bulldog bar/club. We could not here a thing from the bar in the room. It does have thin walls but its not that bad, the people who say its the worst ever are just sad sad people..... The rooms in the new tower all have balconys that face the beach, they are super sweet. So you know, we paid buggar all, not all inclusive, at christmas, and still got a real nice room so its a luck thing maybe......? The beach here is awesome, there are lots of chairs and palm umbrellas on the beach for you to use, free towels, everything. Great location, approx 1.5 minute walk to the centre of the hotel zone (hard rock cafe, plazza's, restaurants, clubs....). We walked along the beach and i honestly think, appart from the super expensive/obvious ones, the Krystal has more going for it. Its all right there. Mint! We caught buses to downtown also no problem. All the staff are great and encouraged us to speak what little spanish we new. They are all super super helpful and the front desk staff and room service chaps are a laugh! Would have been nice if there was room for extras in the fridge not just mini bar food. Ill go back again, for sure!

We had a family reunion the first week of June/06. The staff were extremely friendly. I have no complaints about the hotel or the service. It was all excellent (despite the GradWeek guests.) I would have changed the following: 1. Don't bother getting the continental breakfast at the hotel. The menu is limited to cereal and fruit and not quite worth the extra daily charge. 2. Take SEVERAL $1 dollar bills because EVERYONE in Cancun will be asking for a tip. But when you consider that the housekeepers only make $5 dollars per day, don't skimp out on them. 3. Be prepared to spend $$$. Even though you are in Mexico, it seems that food is more expensive that the U.S. And again, everyone is looking for a tip.
“Best Hotel in Cancun”
THe Hotel staff was so very helpful. They constantly went above and beyond during our stay. The staff also told us the best resturants to eat at, what bus routes to take and even told us the best shops to go to.
“In the middle of Everything!”
Went with 2 girlfriends & we had the best time, this hotel was great. Hotel staff was friendly & attentive. It was within walking distance to shops, clubs & restaurants-you do not need to look no farther for a hotel this one is it!!!!!! When I go back to Cancun, this is the hotel I will be staying at!
