The Beach House Spa, located in the pool area in front of the ocean, includes a variety of massage cabins, including one facial massage cabin, and cabins with special equipment such as a Vichy bed and spa tub. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Treatment options include a delightful chocolate wrap, hot stone massage, hydroptherapy treatments, reflexology massage, and couples' massage. The spa also includes a beauty salon.
Roundtrip airport transportation is available for a surcharge, and the property includes a grocery store.
Treatments at the resort's outdoor spa cabanas include ocean-view massage; reservations are recommended in advance.

Hyatt Regency Cancun guestrooms feature air conditioning, private balconies with full or partial views of the lagoon, city, or Caribbean Sea. The contemporary rooms are decorated in soft colors to create the aura of quiet restfulness and comfort.
The 44-square-meter (473-square-foot) rooms offer LCD TVs with cable service, MP3 players/alarm clocks with CD players, and wireless Internet access (surcharge). Marble bathrooms include robes.
Club-level rooms offer access to the Regency Club Lounge, with Continental breakfasts, evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, and personalized concierge services.

The Grill - An array of international and wood-fired specialties served poolside, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. A children's menu is available. Open from noon to 11 PM.

The Lounge & Terraces - Relaxed atmosphere by the lobby or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the Cancún Hotel Zone. Open from 9am to midnight.
The Pool Bar - Poolside bar with swim-up section. Drinks and mid-day snacks and sandwiches. Open from 9am to 6pm.
Recreation
A waterfall divides the resort's large, 2-level pool. The lower pool features in-water sunbathing chairs and a swim-up bar. The upper-deck pool area offers a quieter setting. Beach access is available on either side of the resort, and the clear Caribbean waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Lounge chairs and palapas are on the beach.
Hyatt Regency Cancún offers a daily activites program for children and adults, including yoga, walks on the beach, beach and pool volleyball, water aerobics, and beach soccer. Scooters/mopeds can be rented nearby. Ecotours are available nearby.
The prestigious Cancún Golf Club at Pok-Ta-Pok, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., is 2 km (1.25 miles) away. The course incorporates hundreds of meters of dramatic shoreline amid ancient Mayan ruins.

“hotel was the best part of cancun!”
this hotel is beautiful and has the most helpful and friendly staff. we were told upon our arrival the pros and cons of two potential rooms and chose the smaller room with the better view of the sea--excellent decision! staff at all times were able to answer questions, provide discounts, suggest places to see, etc. this hotel is awesome!
“gonna return here every year, if stocks behave”
i came for 3 days, and could not have imagined a more ideal room...9th floor directly facing the tropical ocean, with a nice balcony and very comfortable beds. breakfast buffet offered some quality food, and better seats. from front desk, to restaurant, to house-keeping...everyone very nice. the pool, the lounge area were top-notch. go, believe me.

The hotel location is excelent. The beach in the front on the hotel i beatuiful and calm. The staff are very polite. Highly recomended for travelers with kids due to the calm beach in the front of the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and our rooms were unbelieveably gorgeous! I had to actually double check with the front desk that there wasn't a mistake (there wasn't). I have no hesitation at all recommending this hotel, we absolutely loved it!

My husband and I found that all of the staff at the Hyatt Regency were exceptionally helpful. We loved the location of the hotel because we could walk to the great clubs for the nightlife around Point Cancun.

We traveled with our 11- and 16-year-old sons. We found the hotel attractive and comfortable. We liked our room, the beach and the swimming pool, the service, and the restaurants. We were very impressed with the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, very well trained, and always willing to spend time with you to answer questions or help you in any way.
“Wonderful time -- especially in the Regency Club Level floors”
The top three floors of this Hyatt are the "Regency Club" floors. It was well worth a modest extra cost to the features and services provided. Great beach location and grounds/pools. Close to the nigh-life area of Cancun (clubs, bars, restaurants).
“A-mazing.......”
Hyatt Cancun was the perfect hotel for my friend and I. We were two single girls looking to catching up on old times and meet new people. The location of the hotel was perfect. Because we like to venture out and try new places to eat it was perfect not to have to pay extra for the all inclusive. The staff was friendly and prompt to take care of our needs. If you want to venture our and try a new place to eat check out the street behind the main street where all the clubs and bars are located... there are so great restraunts. All there is a fabulous burrito stand next to an oxxo about 0.5 miles south of the hyatt...I wish I could remember the name but it is Fabulous...
