Grand Oasis Cancun All Inclusive Resort is Cancun's ultimate entertainment resort, located in center of the hotel zone. The hotel's main building features a pyramid shape with an eight-story atrium, skylights, and multi-story hanging plants and features a live show performed by professional aerialists and artists nightly; the main lobby features leather couches, and views of a dense tropical garden containing walkways and a waterfall in a sunken lower lobby. Two outer buildings offer Caribbean Sea,tropical garden or sunset views; all guestrooms have balconies or terraces. All rooms have WiFi($), a minibar, and private bath, and offer room service. New entertainment venues include the Kinky Club offering Burlesque/Cabaret nightly, an arena for live shows and concerts, Coyote Loco for late night dancing, drinks and a live band, and Ibiza Beach Club focusing on all day tunes with a resident DJ from 10am until late night beach fun. All day fun includes pool side entertainers for laughs, dancing and all around enjoyment. Expect the unexpected including flash mobs, syncronized swimmers, and much more. Located in the lower lobby is a large, air-conditioned business center with contemporary furnishings, with computers providing high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Meeting facilities can be configured for conferences or smaller meetings and can accommodate up to 4000 guests. Self parking is complimentary. A health spa offers massage, body treatments, facials, waxing, braiding, and hair and nail care; it features a couple's massage room and a candlelit relaxation lounge. The resort offers the largest selection of restaurants (18) and bars (14) in any Cancun resort along with the longest pool in Cancun, including three swim up bars and a beach that extends over 1/3 of a mile long. Beachfront weddings are always happening at Grand Oasis Cancun and are included on a complimentary basis with group bookings of 25 room nights.

Live acts from well-known artists such as Pitbull, Kool & the Gang, and Gloria Gaynor, along with daily shows by a troup of 60 animation members including clowns, mimes, jugglers and much more provide entertainment night and day. Offering all-day entertainment with over 100 professional entertainers performing music, comedy, with surprises to please every guest plus high-profile performers. Past performers include Gloria Gaynor, Little John, John Michael Montgomery, Montgomery Gentry, Kool and the Gang, monthly performances, festivals and daily fun! The Ibiza Beach Club with resident DJ runs all day and into the night. Dinner shows are always on the menu at select restaurants.

This resort's pool is large enough for three swim-up bars and a series of small waterfalls, plus a shallow area for children. Water sports include sailing and windsurfing at the resort's marina on Nichupté Lagoon, which lies between Cancún and the mainland. A water sports desk arranges Jet Skiing, parasailing, fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving (surcharges for all). A tennis court is available (surcharges for night use). Greens fees are complimentary for the on-site par 3, nine-hole golf course (surcharges for rental equipment). Cancún has two 18-hole golf courses, Cancún Golf Club at Pok-Ta-Pok, 10 km (6 miles) away and Hilton Cancún Golf Club, 0.5 km (less than half a mile) away. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

Spa facilities are located in various areas of the property. Guests can enjoy poolside treatments overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Various treatments include manicures and the spa's signature Chocolate Massage.

All guests must inform the Guest Services Desk (Oasis Plus Desk) of the date and time they plan to visit a partner hotel. Facilities at the Grand Oasis are not available to guests staying at Oasis sister resorts.
