This was my 20th time to this resort. We keep returning as it’s very clean. We have made friends with a lot of the staff and get spoken to by our names and “welcome home”. The food just keeps getting better! I love the coffee shop! The service is exceptional in all areas of the resort. The drinks are good with a great variety of brands of liquor as well as beer. The entertainment is good variety for a family resort. The spa offers great options. I always get at least 1 massage. Our only suggestions are: 1.) bring back the vendors that used to sell in the lobby or around the pool. We have a collection of the paintings and have been unable to locate the artists that did them. And we would love more. 2.) Have more reasonable priced tanning products and kids toys in the resorts store. We found it to be very expensive and didn’t buy things there.

As a vegetarian, I struggled to find food options besides salads, which led to eating almost the same thing every day. Moreover, the ingredients of the dishes in the buffet were not listed, posing a problem for people with food allergies. Getting a table at the Italian restaurant for dinner was difficult, we tried three times until finally getting one. The food was average, and some of the restaurant's hosts were less than friendly. The room was satisfactory, with comfortable beds, but the AC was extremely loud. We had to turn it off at night due to the noise, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. The hotel lacked eco-friendliness, with an abundance of plastic waste. No water refill stations were available, and all drinks were served in plastic cups, with no escape from plastic bottles for water. Additionally, a man walked around with a captive raptor, offering people photos with the bird, Instead, the hotel should promote initiatives for animal sanctuaries. On the positive side, the beach was stunning, and the cleaning crew was exceptional. The bedrooms and common areas, including restrooms, were always clean, and they deserve recognition for their hard work.

The staff are all incredible! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The resort is gorgeous with breathtaking views of the ocean. The room was comfortable and clean. Food was great, loved all the different options. Would definitely go back!!!

Asian restaurant- food was hard and overcooked . Had two bites each of us for dinner and walked right out the door . Told for Italian place to just show up . So we showed up at 630 and were told earliest they can do was for 10 pm. Was stomach sick every day since we stayed there. Didn’t want t to eat anything from there . Shower was warm never got hot . Chocolate milk was like water. Few bugs were found in the bathroom. Overall never again

The property is really nice and waiting staff go above a beyond as well as the bell men.I held my wedding at Wyndham altra Cancun and my issue is with the wedding coordinator Sabina , during our wedding an electrical issue happened and a fire broke out and it got really big there was no announcements to tell guest or myself anything I had to speak with the workers myself , there was no fire extinguisher anywhere near the event it took the worker about 5 minutes to come with one . I spoke with the wedding coordinator Sabina and the way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional .she made it seem like it was a small issue and I was overreacting , we had kids at this event and it was a total of about 50-60 people in the area with only one exit on the terrace . Due to This issue the dj had to Turn off one speaker and there lights.they refused to give the vendors any drinks or food and did not allow them to bring drinks i paid additional fees $750 per vendor and for them not to allow them to get drinks was unacceptable , I brought this up to Sabina it was a lot of back and fourth then she offered a box lunch with drinks for an extra fee which I had no problem paying but she required payment right away and to go to the lobby to pay which was 10 min away, all this is happened during the wedding , the wedding itself is very short and with all the inconveniences that happened she really took away from my day .would not recommend this hotel for wedding events they are rude

What a great vacation! The staff was great. the place was so clean. Our housekeeper was excellent. The food was good some days and just ok other days. The only complaint I have is it advertised an adult pool area but all the pools were full of kids. I never went in.

This resort is so convenient to the airport. It is a little dated which did not bother us at all because it was exceptionally clean! Beautiful oceanfront room. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Coffee bar is amazing!! Food was great! Only complaint is the waitlist at restaurants. You cannot reserve a time to eat, so you end up waiting in a line. If you love the beach this is the place to be. Can’t wait to return!!

Despite claiming to offer seven restaurants, they have only four restaurants. No reservations were available, forcing guests to queue early or face late-night dining. The food quality varied, with only one restaurant meeting expectations.Promises of free ice cream for kids were unfulfilled due to malfunctioning machines and unhelpful staff, and all icecream from the fridge are not free resulting in unexpected charges like 2 small kids ice cream $9 USD. Unauthorized charges also appeared on my credit card statement post-checkout. Overall, a regrettable experience that fell far short of expectations.

Unfortunately iv only had a negative experience with this hotel. I booked it with Expedia. My son broke his leg on the last day to cancel the trip for a full refund. After providing the hotel with all documentation from the hospital, and following the policy that I agreed upon prior to booking this hotel was not willing to assist me, and only denied me from canceling my hotel stay.

The arcade room - almost every video game console is broken. The hockey machine are also down .and the VR are out of service too. The soccer ball is flat. 2. The Italian restaurant has long waiting lines and is not the best. 3. Would be nice if they added more pool chairs. 4. A bit noisy but not crazy I would stayed again at this location. The staff is super friendly.

This resort was clean and all the staff were very helpful. The only complaint was the dinning options for dinner. There were “no reservations”, but we had to be in line at 5:00pm to get a table for dinner, which often wasn’t until 8:00pm or later. The Chinese restaurant was our favorite for staff and the easiest to get a reservation at.
