"The hotel served our purpose. The bed was very comfortable. When we first checked into the room, we noticed the seat on the toilet was broken. It was replaced within 20 minutes of calling the head desk. The restaurant in the hotel has great food. The hotel is on the main corridor, so expect lots of traffic noise."

"Room was clean but the carpets are old and dirty. Need a good shampoo . Edges all around the carpet dark and dirty. Bathroom tub had nicks in it. Two small thin complimentary bars of soap that barely kept the soapyness to them. Front desk staff pleasant but speak with thick accents and so fast we couldn't understand most of what they said. Did not get down in time for breakfast so assume it's your usual continental breakfast. No worries about parking . Plenty of spaces. From the outside the building looked old and run down. The grounds are right by the expressway so you can hear the traffic . The grounds need trimming and work as well. Bed is not that comfortable. Pillows old and lumpy. Had difficulty sleeping ."

"Booked a standard city view room with a King Bed, the room was quite small (not a lot of room between the bed and the table/desk) but practical. A nice assortment of teas provided plus coffee pods and a fridge. I appreciated the bottled water to use for coffee since Waterloo water is soft and doesn't taste great. Comfortable bed and large pillows, plus bath robes and shampoo, etc. provided. A convenient location and friendly service - with the option to text front desk with any requests. Would stay again."

"Nothing unique about it, stains on the blanket and shower door. Hair in the sink. Lighting wasn't ideal either for where the mirror was. Being barred from the restaurant was new as well, not even part of the wedding. For spending over $200 a night, I would expect much more than what we experienced. At least two working elevators."

"The staff was nice and friendly however the staircase smelled of stale smoke, the bed was so hard and one of the worst beds I ever “slept” (didn’t sleep much) in, room was clean (no signs of bedbugs or anything like that) but it was definitely dated and worn and could use some upgrades besides a coat of paint. The complementary breakfast was either waffles or cereal and being gluten intolerant there was nothing I could eat and no breakfast place opened before 7am. Thank goodness there was a Starbucks nearby for a quick egg bite before being in a seminar all day. Overall it was meh, but probably wouldn’t stay again unless have to."

"The lobby and restaurant are brand new but as soon as you look on any other floor it’s really just outdated. It was clean enough though. Our balcony looked onto the rooftop which had a pile of gravel and several skylight windows over the pool under tarp. Our screen on the door was entirely ripped on the bottom. The shower was good, although it’s only a half glass door, so the floor gets wet outside. Again, not a big deal just noticeable. In the basement there is 2 lanes of bowling, a version of a mini putt and a small arcade where only half the machines work. You must pay to use every thing. It’s a free for all down there otherwise. When I arrived there were already 3 cars parking in front to check in, and so I had to wait on the street hoping traffic would go around and not hit me. It’s not ideal at all. Staff was friendly. Bed was good. For not having a free breakfast, I don’t think I would choose again- although the price was right."

"Very nice, clean and quiet. Disappointed that breakfast was not included with the expensive room. Would have made out better if I booked directly with Hilton. No hilton honors discount was given and no senior discount. Very disappointed. Stay was fine but high cost for service provided."
