"Clean room. Good breakfast. Check in was by a person that was not friendly. Fortunately Anna was there to let the person that checked me in know what rooms were ready. Anna was very helpful to me with my credit card and was the friendly one. Check out was great with Celest."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bed had 4 pillows, they were small and flat. Together, 2 pillows made 1 standard pillow. The refrigerator worked well and had a separate freezer. The TV offered Google Cast which I was never able to use. I went through the entire set up process several times but still no results. I have a Fire TV stick that I normally use but the TV did not have an Input function to switch inputs and if I used the USB port used by the cable TV, it still wanted Google Cast. So, No TV except broadcast. Bathroom had mediocre amenities. The towels were bright white but very thin. The Shower had little water pressure. Breakfast was mediocre as well. The normal bread and English muffin. Several fruits, hardboiled egg and yogurt dispensed through a machine. Day 1 offered scrambled eggs that tasted like powdered eggs and very good bacon. Day 2 was the same powdered eggs with biscuits and gravy that was passable. We will not stay at another Best Western"

"The good: The beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent. The not so good: The shower in the bathroom was terrible. Barely comes out and took forever to get hot. Worst shower ever. The bathroom sink..no hot water. Forgot my toothbrush and front desk had none to provide. There was a bug the size of a rat in my room! It ran behind the bed and when I shone a light back there it was so filthy I had a hard time finding the rat bug. The room had nowhere comfortable to sit. The desk chair was wobbly. The elevator was broken. The hallway smelled strongly of weed."

"The room smelled mildewy and the air was either blasting the bed closest to it with freezing air or blowing moist warm air around, no in between. We all woke up with sore throats and stuffy noses. The shower handle would not turn water on. We checked in late and were tired so I didn’t mess with it that night. Not happy to not get showers. In morning I asked front desk and she said you really have to pull hard. I guess that’s why it was pulling away from the wall and all the caulk was pulled off but we finally got showers. This is NOT the hotel from the pictures on Expedia. The room was clean, but smelly, rundown, uncomfortable bed, shower you have to fight with…"

"The receptionist held us up at check in. She really wanted to tell us how busy her night had been, so we stood there and listened to her go on and on about nonsense while all we wanted to do was shower and sleep. The room was gross. There was hair all over the bathroom. Just disgusting."

"My wife and I dropped in for a night stay before traveling home and we had a really good night's sleep. The hotel has been updated recently and it was in nice shape. Staff was really amazing. My only suggestion is to provide a hot breakfast instead of cereal, bagels and waffles."
