“A Hotel I wish I could spend a week in!”
This is quite possibly the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Canada. The staff is young but very professional; it seems obvious that there is strong direction from the top of the organization and the staff has bought in. The decor is modern, functional and comfortable. In fact, the room had so many cupboards, nooks, and comfortable touches I wished I could just settle in and stay for a week. Of course, the Hotel Le Germain is located centrally in downtown Calgary with a fabulous restaurant in-house and a dozen(s?) more within a couple blocks. The highlight of the level of attention was when I went downstairs to catch the cab I had called for just a few moments before I was greeted at the bottom of the elevator by name and walked to my cab, and the hostess explained to the cab driver where I was going and how to get there. This being Calgary, where cab drivers take pride in not knowing where anything is, this was very helpful. Top notch all round and highly recommended.

we loved it, 4 of us in 2 rooms. you can not beat the location, the stuff was great and helpfull. the hote and the room are supper modern all new and clean we loved it the breakfest and the stuff at the restaurant was very good. will stay there again. and will recomand it to friends.

Fantastic hotel, right in the centre of Calgary amid great shops and restaurants. Staff were superb and the cleanliness is 100% We would definitely return. We were there for the Calgary Stampede which is within walking distance and worth a visit.....great trip.

“Will definitely go back!”
First impression when I entered the hotel was "upscale trendy" as the lobby is beatifully designed with great lighting and artistic decor. Then when I entered my room I was very impressed - the room was set to "ambiance" - yes, there is a setting for this - it is a setting for the room that includes soft lighting, TV playing soft spa music, views on the tv going from beautiful serene beaches to the Grand Canyon and beyond. The room is fully stocked with anything you could need including a very nice espresso maker. The shower head is the largest rainshower I have ever experienced - amazing. I will definitely return on my next trip to Calgary.
“I'm going back in 4 days!!”
When I arrived after my long hall flight from England I was worried about how this hotel would be. As soon as I walked through the door this instantly put me at ease. The lobby was beautifully clean and tidy and the staff were smiling and happy. I checked in and the staff could not do enough for me! They advised me how everything in the room worked and what there was in calgary to do. They then helped me with my bag. Will be back in four days to stay again. I was in the cheapest room and I can't imagine how amazing the other rooms are. Everything was so clean and comfortable and stylish. I'm really looking forward to my next stay.

We loved our stay at the Germain in Calgary. It is modern in every way. Very very modern and functional. The restaurant served excellent food but menu is quite limited.

The hotel is new, very modern , very clean, quiet environment, good location, very good services,breakfast is classy and lots of choices, safe parking, and bathrooms are amazing. I will go back surely.
