OMG!! The views! Wow, breakfast looking at the pyramids. The value was amazing, best breakfast of the whole stay, the staff were so friendly, genuinely lovely people. It's a little tired, but who cares, you are in Egypt and you can see the Sphinx!!!

The staff at the inn made us feel like family instantly. We asked about buying souvenirs and they drove us to a shop that was hassle free and clean. Also the view is unreal.

I was only in egypt for a day and its the perfect place to stay if you want to visit pyramids. Rooms are a bit small and breakfast was pretty bare but overall i enjoyed it. Really good for the price. Nice snacks and roof is open all night with view of pyramids.

Location is awesome. Right across from the Sphinx with the pyramids in the background. Great view from room and the rooftop breakfast area. Very noisy because it is immediately across from the Sphinx entrance to pyramids. Also noisy inside property.

You get what you pay for. I knew exactly what I was getting myself into from the reviews and pics I saw online. And this hotel was exactly that. And I’m OK with it. No, I wouldn’t stay here again. No, I wouldn’t recommend my friends and family stay here. But for the time I stayed everything Was exactly how I imagined it would be. I’m happy to have the view of the Pyramids up close and that’s all I was asking for. I was picked up from the airport as agreed, got to the hotel safely, staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast daily from 7am-10am. KFC/Pizza Hut restaurants just feet away. And the hotel also offers a menu if you would like them to cook you something it would be $20 (American Money) each entrée. They have a fridge in the room and the front desk will give you free waters. Before I came, whenever I had a question, I could just message the property on WhatsApp and they would respond right away answering any questions or concerns I had. Yes, if you are facing the street, you will hear a lot of noise 24/7. Yes, when you go outside, people will harass you and try to sell you things or bag for money. Yes, the hotel is pretty old and not the cleanest in the world, but they try their best. My main focus was finding a balcony hotel that gave me the view of all three pyramids and the sphinx right from my room balcony and the rooftop. I definitely got that with this hotel, so I am satisfied.

I had a great stay, room was large and comfortable. Food was amazing, and the staff made my day at the pyramids unforgettable. If you plan to stay here, check your email after you book so that they can schedule your ride from the airport. It will save you a lot of time and headaches with Uber, there are a lot of other hotels with similar names and it can be confusing.

The hospitality was amazing from the moment I arrived there. I hit in at 2am and the cook made me something to eat and took care of me. The Host and Hostess was nothing but amazing! They treated me like family and took care of me well! The place around it was pretty rough but it’s safe.! You can’t beat the view and waking up to see the pyramids outside your window every single morning! Great experience and I will be back!

This is a small inn. Do not expect it to be the four seasons hotel. The room is pretty clean, and the staff is very helpful. You really experience Egyptian hospitality. They are more than willing to help in any way that they can. The only downside are nearby shops. Some of them are very respectful and helpful. Others want to get all of your money from you. The staff at the hotel do their best to keep you away from the bad shop owners. The views from this inn is truly unbeatable. For a lot more money you get the amenities of Hilton or the four seasons. For a lot less money, you get to see the pyramids and the Sphinx at every single breakfast

The staff at Pyramids View have definitely earned their high guest rating. They were constantly asking us if there was anything they could do to make our stay nicer. Adel made wonderful breakfast treats and was so friendly each morning. Honey was so helpful; she even walked us to the best store in the area, and Kamal made sure we had drivers and guides for everything we wanted to do. Excellent value and excellent service, we were very happy with our stay.

This hotel it has one of most amazing views to the pyramids , it really surprised me . The room was acceptable and clean and staff was very kind and helper since the beggining with every detail and suggestions . Very happy with our stay.However be minful with the location , local people and sellers can be very demanding and chase u at all times to the point of fight each other to get money but despite that qll tour guides and tours in the area are very trustworthy special the camel and ride by the pyrimids . Recommended.

Biggest advantage is stay close to the entrance of the pyramids in front of the the great Sphinx. Also the view from the room and rooftops are very good. Hotel staff are nice and helpful can arrange anything you want.

This place gives a bird's eye view of the pyramids including the light show. My only complaint was that it was a challenge taking a shower because the shower stall was very small....word to note, be careful of the hustlers around the hotel and in the pyramid compound especially those directing you in a certain direction to the camels, that is unless you want to ride the camel, the payramid compund can be fully walked in 2-3 hrs

All the staff were lovely and made us feel at home. The views of the pyramids were amazing and the roof terrace was a perfect spot to have breakfast and watch the sunrise. Breakfast was lovely. Not a quiet area but not disruptive to sleep and access to the pyramids was great. Get there early and enjoy them before the crowds arrive. We had them to ourselves for about an hour and it was incredible

Gamal and the team are just amazing. It needs more more upgrade. Specially. The sofas. There were just dirty. The beds were comfy. Best room 102 . Dont take 107. The bathroom is really small. The outside is really dusty. Kids run to you to ask you for money and follow you all the way. Dnt trust people from outside to help you get to the pyramids. Since they are egyptian. They dnt pay to enter to the pyramids. They will give their fare and you wont understand it because it is in arabic. Dont buy the tkt to see the pyramids inside. The only one who they allow you to see is the 3rd one and it is nothing inside. Dont change your $$$ with your taxy driver or hotel. Outside the blk market pays better.

We have just spent 4 nights at Pyramids View Inn and I can not rate it highly enough. The location is breathtaking and the staff are so wonderful - can not do enough for you. We organised our tour guide through the hotel and had Amina and Amr as our driver for the whole trip and they were fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was good. If there was anything that you wanted that they didn’t have or serve - they would get it for you. I have never encountered such wonderful customer service and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is perfect! You can watch the pyramids from the hotel’s rooftop terrace or from your balcony if you booked a room with a balcony. It was amazing waking up and seeing the pyramids and the Sphinx from your room. Rooms were a bit small and the bathoo was not the cleanest however the views made it all worth it. The staff was very hospitable and so friendly. The hotel arranged roundtrip transportation to/from the airport, communication was great. They even contacted our tour guide to be sure they were picking us up at the correct location. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view with attentive staff
From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure I had the best stay possible. Kamal helped me any time I needed anything. This is a no-frills hotel with a great price at an outstanding location (directly across from the Sound and Light show entrance). Breakfast is abundant and water, coffee, and tea are always available on the terrace. The front desk also helps to arrange excursions and local rides. The animals: While some guests may shy away from cats, I loved the dinner “friends” I made each night on the terrace. The staff tries to shoo them for guest comfort, but cats will be cats. The road in front of the hotel is also heavily trafficked by horses. There is a slight odor outside, but it never permeated my room. The only complaint I have is that the WiFi is spotty (but who needs WiFi when the pyramids are right across the street?).

As a solo traveler who was nervous to come to Egypt alone, this place made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked in I had nothing to be nervous about. They made me breakfast even though breakfast was over, they offered tours directly with them so I was never alone, my tour guide Mohammad’s was amazing and helped me out a lot, and the view of the pyramids is truly worth the money. I couldn’t believe the view. By far one of the best experiences in a hotel I’ve ever had and not for the comfort of amenities. They are great people, who even made me a breakfast to go box when I left at 5am. Incredible stay!

Basic hotel with all you need. Nice staff. The room was clean and had tea and waters. I had a room where I could watch the pyramid’s show of lights and sound from my balcony. The pyramid’s entrance is a 50 metes from the hotel (crossing street ). Good breakfast at the top terrace with nice view of the pyramids. Give you free tea and coffee. Nothing to complain about it. I recommend the hotel.

Book it!
It may seem questionable at first but it was outright amazing. Right in front of the pyramids! The views are amazing. We booked this hotel for a long layover in Cairo. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a very nominal fee (same an Uber would charge) and allowed for an early check-in in the morning especially since we were leaving that same evening. We had the complimentary breakfast on the terrace enjoying the sunrise over the pyramids and then went to a day tour (they arranged for us) with a driver and an English speaking tour guide (Mona). After a 6 hour day of exploring different pyramids and other experiences, we came back to freshen up and head back to the airport. Beds were comfy, shower had hot water, all staff members were courteous and caring.

The location of the property in relation to the pyramids couldn’t be better. The view of the sphinx and pyramids from the rooftop is incredible. Unfortunately, the area is very dirty and rough but such is the nature of that area and no fault of the hotel. Everyone is very friendly and I felt safe, but it is not for everyone. I would advise to stay in a more modern and comfortable area and travel into the pyramids unless you’re getting in late and would like to enjoy the view and culture before touring the pyramid grounds.

The perfect view and kind service
Family stayed on in the rooftop room. It has the perfect view of the Giza pyramids. The room had two full size beds, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean, the breakfast was very good, simple foods like yogurt, cheese, hard boiled eggs, bananas, strawberry, toast, honey and jam. They have also tea and coffee. They treat me and my family very kindly, specially my baby daughter. The only thing I would critique on was the room floor was dusty and dirty.

The rooftop room where we stayed has an amazing view! The staff is so nice and helpful and always looking to make your stay better. They made they stay great. Food is good. The wifi is non existant but that is the case with every hotel there so make sure you have a data package on your phone. The area around the hotel is busy with a lot of people trying to sell you things. Expect to be bombarded when you leave the hotel. The hotel guys will get you a good guide for the Pyramids or arrange for a good taxi anywhere you want. Ask for Charlie! Other than the hotel providing great food, there is a KFC/Pizza Hut next door if you want something American. Lots of local places to eat as well

The staff at this location are absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating and always willing to listen. Also, the view of the pyramids from the roof is fantastic. Add in the low price point and I don’t think a better deal exists.

I have never had a more wonderful travel experience! The entire staff was very friendly, genuine and welcoming. The hotel is located on the western most street in Giza. The view is unparalleled and astonishing; all 3 major pyramids, their satellite pyramids and the Sphinx are all on stunning display from the very spacious roof (and your room if you choose, you should!). My alarm clock was the 1st call to prayer around 5:20. It was magical and added to an already elemental experience. The street below behind bustling with camels, singly or in great lines, horse drawn carriages, donkey/mule drawn carts, cars, some buses around 7. The neighborhood dog, Willie, keeps an eye on it all. He tolerates all the Action from 7-7, am-pm, then he starts enforcing no Action hours hahaha 😁 My greatest gratitude, appreciation, affection and respect to many. My main guy (can’t use names) was the best! He arranged the things I wanted to do, got my stay arrangements handled easily and spent much time just talking about the Giza plateau and other sites. He went above and beyond my expectations for any host. We got to be friends and I hope to remain so. The other staff, the chefs (delicious food there!), were just the greatest. Another special shout-out to my main driver, the World Heavyweight Champion of driving the treacherous (really!) ways of Cairo, Saqarra and beyond! He’s my brother. He showed me places tourists don’t go. These people feel like my new family. Best trip
