Avoid this property like the plague! While the staff was generally helpful, the hotel - especially the elevator had an unusual, unpleasant smell about it. (Other guests commented to me about it too.) My junior suite room was large enough, but the way the furniture was laid out it still felt cramped. The style seemed at least 50 years old with red shag throw carpets, a large heavy arm chair used as a desk chair, etc. The original room safe didn't work - the staff couldn't get it to work either - and literally had to be unscrewed and replaced. The cable TV needed 2 remotes to function and while providing a multitude of channels, had just one news program in English (no BBC, CNN, Aljizera, etc.) which was just the dealing with Egyptian news. Finally, there never was any hot water for shaving, showering, etc.

Everything about the hotel is photoshop, the hotel is nothing near international standard. It’s probab more so for local residence of Cairo. This hotel should not be on Expedia at all it’s a disgrace. Dirty is number one , charging you for bad food, uncleineness in the dining area and food is not fresh. The rooms are small, dark and smelly. Sheets not changed and of course no coffee maker a hot water pot that’s filthy along with its glasses No tea or coffee as mentioned Towels and old and not well cleaned They try to make you pay for any convinces that you’ve been already promised by the hotel They are more upset at you when you ask for your rights it was a very uncomfortable stay may be to sleep at night and run out at day if you cannot do any better

Decent hotel near airport & big mall
Pretty decent for the purpose we needed on the last day of our travel. Surrounding environment was clean and felt safe. A short taxi ride to Sun City Mall and Airport. Our room was large and clean with necessary basic toiletries. All in all we were satisfied.

very small space. There were some people shouting near my room and I saw the sfaff of the hotel passing by they would not even bother to ask them to keep their voice down and in the same time they would let my friend to come up to visit me .

Near the airport!
Close to the airport, just do not let them overcharge you for a ride to the airport. The place is in a good condition, charges extra for food and for the shuttle. A bit smaller than anticipated.

Great last minute Hotel.
Really good hotel, great location close to the Airport and the tourist attractions. We hit a snag during check-in but it was swiftly dealt with by the Reservations manager. Other then the leaky walk in shower everything is great with this Hotel. 24 Hours Food service, free Wi-Fi, modern decor. I'll highly recommend this Hotel.

Very disappointed experince
Air-condition made me sick, the filter never changed for years, every-time I turn on the AC I had a cough. I booked this hotel online for 1 week, my wife and 2 young children had to wait over 2 hours to get a room. Very dirty bathroom, they took our towels and never brought them back. Room was cleaned only once during a week period and they refused to change the bedding. Very disappointed with this hotel, do not get fool by the photos, be warned.

The whole hotel smells terrible. Specially the elevator smells like toilet. I ordered hot milk from room service, and got milk with burnt smell that was unusable. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The staff was also not courteous or helpful.

Decent hotel, kind of out of the way.
The hotel itself is pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. The evening desk staff (two younger men) were extremely helpful even going so far as to help us order a pizza when the place didn't speak much english! The morning desk staff (middle age woman) was awful/rude. She didn't seem to be interested in helping us. She also set us up to be part of a scam involving a taxi taking us to a tour when we specifically said no tour.

Hotel close to Cairo Airport
Nice clean tidy and very efficient staff, a bit noisy as it's on the main road but for 1 or 2 nights it's very good. Bad news if like us you would have liked a glass of wine or beer with your dinner!! No alcoholic drinks not even close to the hotel.

The suit is way smaller than it looked , the night manager is the rudest person ever staff have 0 customers service but the morning receptionist is amazing the shower is really hard to use and it leaks ! Not worth $60 for 6 hours to sleep !

Nice tidy hotel
All was good, you just have to get used to staff not acknowledging you until you talk to them. First day there was no hot water all day and waiting in the room with no updates as no one knew what was going on. Beds are clean and comfortable, bathroom is nicely done although they never leave extra towels or toilet paper, you have to ask. Breakfast has good variety, however if you arrive 30 minutes before they close, most of dishes are empty and they wouldn't refill. Over all, not bad for the price and location is good and close to airport.

Perfect hotel especially for long Cairo layovers
We had a long flight layover in Cairo and needed a place to stay for a day and this was perfect for our needs. 20mins. from the airport it had decent restaurants and was very easy for uber drivers to locate and also lots of taxi cabs around the area. The room was clean, spacious, and the staff were very friendly. Room service for food was timely and food was nice.

Disappointing. Had a Junior Suite booked. Minibar is EMPTY. No complimentary water. No complimentary coffee/tea/sugar. Not sure what the empty tray and boiler is for. Furniture is oversized for the room making walking around literally leg bruising. Hair's on the bed AFTER cleaning. Leaking rain shower. Maybe my expectations were a little high for upgrading my intention to a junior suite. Reception was friendly, though a little nosy. All in all. Would probably not be back.
