"Very clean house well maintained. Fire wood was ready to go in the fireplace. Tv worked well and showers are clean."

"The quoted regular tariff was $2800 Peter but we were given a $900 discount which was a good start. However, the we were not provided with linen or towels. The fridge was dirty and we found a mouldy cheese knife in the bottom when we cleaned it. There were four remotes for the television rendering it inoperable. The drier was stuffed with bed linen and the laundry exit on the emergency plan was deadlocked. Not up to standard for the price."
