Yallingup Weekend
Lovely home in a great peaceful area. As a home owner myself I feel the owners need to know the cleaning of their property is not up to scratch, cockroaches and bugs under the lounges for example, water damage on the walls outside of each bathroom, cupboard doors loose or falling off. We loved the house but there is a lot of maintenance due on it.

Very disappointed, overall cleanliness very poor. Heater in master bedroom did not work, curtains falling down. Wood fire left full of ash with no fire wood to use. Garden and ground over grown with rubbish left around. Overall not happy.

Small things can make a difference
Beautiful setting although 10kms from what original listing stated. Fan and light in main bedroom did not work. Toilet also old with split in seat. Cleaning under toaster and other things on counter top needs attention. Also behind doors and corners and mop needs replacing. Couldn’t find a dustpan and brush. Otherwise perfect house for us, roomy and comfortable. Linen lovely, clean and comfy. Windbkew tablecloth up one evening breaking 3 x wine glasses. Replacement box of 6 left in kitchen.. hope that’s ok 😊
