Great location for wineries. New chalets are great and lovely grounds. Would have been nice to have more than one bath towel per person supplied without having to request. Check in and check out staff member seemed quite disinterested and didn’t seek any feedback. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Very good. From the moment you drive in and leaving all was wonderfull. Rooms are great with a hydro bath. 20 mins either direction to main towns. Peaceful and quite.

Received extremely poor customer service by the FOH staff (Yvette & Dana) shortly after checking in. Walked into our room to find the couch broken and in an unusable state and the room only partly cleaned. Yvette & Dana were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. The BOH head cleaner (Bec) was extremely helpful and a great problem solver. She had us in our new room about an hour and a half after checking in. This was our 3rd time staying at the Retreat and couldn't believe how unhelpful the FOH staff were. Wasted 90 precious minutes until Bec was able to get us in a room that was fit for purpose. Very disappointing way to start our vacation. Upon checkout 2 days later, the FOH staff on this occasion was the very experienced Peter, who was actually working his last day at the Retreat. He was great, apologetic and had the empathy to understand why we were upset and disappointed at the state of the room, and more importantly, as to why we were upset at the treatment that we received from the FOH staff Yvette and Dana.

Hi Cesario. Thank you for your feedback. It is regrettable to read your comments and I apologise for the service you received. As discussed over the telephone the situation with the couch eventuated when our housekeeping team identified an issue with the sofa bed and left it in the open position for the manager to inspect. Whilst this was happening you checked in and our Reception staff were not aware that the sofa bed had not been put back in it's original position. This was a communication issue and has been addressed directly with the staff concerned. I am pleased to read that you received excellent service from Peter and Bec and your feedback has been discussed with all the staff concerned.

Very comfortable unit and great location
Excellent well appointed accommodation in a quiet location close to Margaret River and Busselton. Full kitchen, lovely bathroom with spa, comfortable bed, and chromecast for streaming. Would recommend and stay again.

Me and my partner absolutely loved it here that we even decided to stay an extra night. So sad we have to head back home! The scenery is completely beautiful and it’s close to lots of fun places, we went to the Amaze’n and played mini golf and had fun exploring Busselton had a yummy meal at the settlers tavern enjoyed some delicious burgers from baby burger and visited adorable farm animals at country life farm. Will definitely be coming back! 10/10 - would recommend!

Our rooms were nice and the property is lovely. However, the floor in our place was dirty. I told them during checkout and the staff member was sitting at reception eating a bowl of cereal which looked unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about my feedback. It was disappointing.

The room is very nice, spacious, clean and the bubble spa bath is pretty cool. Beautiful place to take photo. But for a 4 star resort should have provided shower cap and provide more/bigger body soap.

Stayed 3 nights for a birthday treat & for a break after having a knee replacement. It was peaceful, tranquil & just what the doctor ordered! Close to everything. Staff where fantastic check-in was easy & Taylor was awesome! Had a problem with the dvd & it was replaced immediately couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. I have already promoted the resort to friends & family. I will be booking next year but for longer hopfully!!!🤗
